"Hey since when are you up?" my sister asked
I diverted my attention from the TV to her and said," Around 7 am." I could tell she looked surprised as I never woke up this early but she replied in a casual way and ," Oh ok....."The reason I woke up this early was to show my parents that I can be mature as today my dad is going to take the decision of wether we are going to the hill again or not ( we= Katie and Me)
When my parents finally got ready around 12 noon ( so late cause we went to a meet a relative last night read Work from home chap for that ) I asked them if we could go my father told us to sit down on the couch and asked, " Why do you want to go again?" I replied " To have a sister's day ." he looked shocked as Katie and I had never done anything like this before we were too busy or indulged in our lives to do so. But....all i can say is that there are going to be more of these 'sister dates' from now on ( me smirking [-; ). He agreed and I was practically dancing inside.

Ughhh my stupid stupid stupid brain!! Why do you have to talk negative all the time I think i should let my heart take your place

💖Oh please i give better advice than him remember it was I who came up with this idea of going to the hill again not that stupid purple squishy toy!!

If someone knew that my brain and heart argue they would probably book a bed for me first thing in a mental asylum. I sighed and before anyone suspected I turned my attention towards dad who was laying down rules for Katie and me -
Katie's Instructions
1) No chatting during walking
2) Don't leave Mia alone
3) No filming the trip
4) No calling friends only us if any emergency
5) No games like - hide and seek truth and dare....etc.
Point no. 5 was actually necessary Katie seemed to like to play these games in unknown places probably so she could have some space and not everyone is on her head blabbing about not using her phone all the time *sigh*.
Mia's Instructions
1) Do not get over excited
2) Don't wander off
3) Don't touch anything odd and bring it home
4) Make sure Katie is not on the mobile the whole time
5) Don't try any stunts
Well needless to say all those points were needed to be said in my case especially !! Then dad said something which probably ruined the rest of my day ," Also....you cannot go today since we have to go to a small dinner with some of my old friends and you both have to come ....."
No no no!!! I screamed inside me maybe yesterday was fun but today I am pretty sure we are not going to a fun place and I am going to get bored all evening sitting on a chair and acting like a polite little girl. Plus, if I know mom well she is going to make me wear a dress and a face full of "light makeup".
As I suspected when evening came mom forced me into wearing a yellow dress with a bow and some makeup. It took me 15 mins to get ready and when I was about to put my headband on mom said," No Mia that headband is not matching with your dress don't wear it" I ignored her and wore it anyway and she sighed.
As soon as I got ready started the photo session which last for 30mins and I had to behave like a statue the whole time oh god only knows how much I hate it !!! When we finally got into the car i felt relived, but I was still praying that I don't feel nauseous 🤞.
And as I expected as soon as we reached the party I was made to sit down in a corner listening to the adults chat away I wish I had brought my phone unlike Katie who was on her phone the whole time. Even Nia was there but we could only talk in actions because she was on the opposite side of the table and at least 7 seats away from me.
