Indi's story & meeting the team

I was born when James was 9. My mum died when I was 12 ,my dad when I was 3. I meet James when I went into foster care at age 12, he was 21. He was Just starting at long beach
My whole life has been nothing but one big fight. But when I got assigned to 20 David I thought I could be the change.
This is Soo cool i'm in the coolest building ever. We all waited anxiously for our new teams.
"Hope you get a great squad." my friend sarah told me.
"Thankyou ,you too." I replied.
One by one people got assigned a team. I was sitting there like a stuffed octopus being lead into the gym by Sergeant Kay to meet my new squad well half of them..? Aren't S.W.A.T teams meant to be bigger? There were two men one was tall and I'm almost certain that was Sergeant Harrelson because he came to the academy one day but I could be mistaken, there was another guy who Sergeant Kay called the newlywed guy slightly younger guy who Sergeant Harrelson address as Tan and of course Jimmy James. Am I even allowed on the same team as my brother?
"I gotta go New Girl I will catch up with you later." Tan said as he walked away he gave a small salute.
"Hey Indi!" A unmistakable voice called from behind me. It was Street. He hugged me tightly.
"Hey Jimmy James." She replied smugly.
"Ok please stop also Hondo needed me to get you a locker." He replied flatly
"Ok JJ lead the way." I laughed.

The locker room was even cooler than I imagined, my new locker was on the very last one in the right hand side.
"This is so cool." I told myself quietly.
Out of the corner of my eye I saw Jimmy James smile at something inside his locker. J was thinking of something to talk about.
"So when do Chris and Luca get back from Germany?"i asked trying to make the whole situation a lot less akward. Things between me and my brother had been akward ever since I joined the academy.
"Next week can't wait to see Luca again." Street smiled to himself.
"What about Chris?" I asked knowing full well that  my older brother was in love with her wiggling my eyebrows.
"Of course I am excited to see her I text her a lot and call her too."Street's smile growing even bigger as he looked at the picture of him and Chris taped to the door of his locker..
I can't even with these two,they are so cute.
"Okayy." I laughed.
*Ding* *ding*
I looked down at my phone a message from my old foster parents.
"Good luck on your first day at S.W.A.T Indi want to hear all about it when your finished😀 love from NYC"
"Aww that's sweet of them," Street smiled at his sister. I just nodded.
"Wait hold up is that you and me?" Street asked pointing to my phone's wallpaper.
"Yup on the first day we met." I smiled as he looked down at the photo I  cherished so much.
"I remember being so excited to meet you and thinking about an older brother, but then they seperated us and you stayed here in LA while I got sent to NYC and we only saw each other once a year and that was Christmas." We both looked ashamed. No one said anything for a while.
"Soo do you have a house at the moment ?" Street asked.
"Uhh no where at the moment my temporary academy house is being giving to the new recruits why?" I looked at him.
"Well I'll have to ask Luca but there's always room for you too stay with us we have a spare room that we aren't using and you could have it." Street suggested.
"Wow thankyou JJ" I actually screamed. excitedly.
"Woahh who's JJ?" Hondo asked when coming through the door.
"Sorry Sargent Harrelson, JJ is Jimmy James here." I laughed patting Street on the back.
"Indi for the hundredth time please call me Hondo all my friends and family do." He smiled.
"Come on Jimmy James." Hondo laughed.
"Where are we going Hondo?" He asked.
"To give Indi a tour obviously." He smiled sheepisly.
We walked out of the the locker room.
When all of a sudden.

No one's POV
"Officer Street." Hicks called from the stairs. Both of the siblings looked at each other than at him.
"Sir" the pair say in unison.
"Not you." He pointed at James.
"You officer, my office now." Indi rolled her eyes and got up got up and walked towards the commander's office.
"Commander you wanted to see me?" Indi said walking into his office.
"Yes that's correct." Hicks nodded.
" I want to know why this young man filed a complaint about you in the academy." Hicks asked her in a tormenting manor. Closing her file an staking it with the rest in his desk.
"I fractured his wrist sir." Indi smiles to herself.
"Why?" Hicks looked at her.
"Because he told me I had no chance at the academy and that I should do something more suited to women and when he touched my shoulder and I told him, he had exactly 5 seconds to move his hand or I'll fracture it   and he didn't so I broke it " Indi smiled.
"Oh I see." Hicks said.
"Don't do it again." He told me.
There was a random girl in the room to.
"You know I can't promise that." I said crossing my hands.
"Can I get back to work now or?" I asked it  was like I was stuck in a Principles office, I needed to get out I  needed to breathe. 
"Fine  get out of my sight." Hicks told me
"Gladly." I said walking off
"Uhh are you ok?" Indi looked up at the women talking to her.
"Yes." I said.
"Molly Hicks." Molly said extending her hand.
"Indianna Street." She said causiouly.
"Oh I wasn't aware that he had a sister." Molly said."

*Indi POV*
Oh Hell no no one picks on my family..
"Look Molly I dont appreciate you picking on my brother like that." I said calmly.
"Do I care." Molly asked.
"You should." I told her crossing my arms and walking away. Leaving her absolutely bamboozled.
