Shingo X Pregnant Reader

You're pushing the most stupid cart in the world getting things for your fridge, your husband reading as well as grabbing the items off the shelf. Your feet slowing the cart down.

"You sure you don't want me to push the cart?" Your husband asks.

"No Shingo." You snap and set a hand on your hip glaring at Shingo. "Is it cause I'm 5 months pregnant?" You assume, the weight around your middle dragging you down.

"No no! I'm just sayin. Man look at the wheels they are all a mess up on the cart. I was gonna say it would be easier to grab things off the shelf then tryin to push that damn cart. Don't you think?" He asked calmly trying not to piss you into a worser mood then you are.

"No!" You snap and flick his head continuing pushing the cart. Your baby bump touching the bars that your hands held onto as you pushed it. "You we're home late. Why?"

"Street race. Don't worry. I wasn't the one racing. You remember Nakazato?"

"Yeah." You nod.

"Well our friend Sayuki and her friend Mako, well they raced him. I wanted to watch. Nakazato lost to the Sli 80."

"Why didn't you take me to watch?! You know I could have smoked his ass." You whine aloud.

"Well. For one. Your pregnant. And two. It wasn't your race. He set the bet down of "if he won then he gets a date with sayuki." You know?"

"Ugh?! But still. I could practice. Then maybe race him."

Shingo shakes his head grabbing a few chip bags setting them in the cart and then patting your shoulder. "Do I have to remind you that you are pregnant?! There ain't no way I was gonna let you race."

You huff out and puff your cheeks out. "Rude."

"You already know how Nakazato drives. You don't need to prove you're better then him."

"I know I know. It's just been so long since I've been out there." You frown.

"I can't believe even though your 5 months pregnant that you'll want to race." Shingo took over the cart and started to push it as you grab some bread.

You and Shingo met years ago at a race for Impact Blue. You realize your friends Mako and Sayuki were friends with this super cute and cocky man, Shingo. A year after dating you decide it would be fun to get married as a joke but you two got close and soon you found out you were pregnant. Shingo didn't think it was real till he saw you on your knees puking up the dinner he made.

Then. After that, he no longer was this cocky EG6 driver. He was a softy that was super kind.

You set the bread in the cart. "There. Is that it?"

"Uh, maybe. Want cookies?" Shingo asked knowing that you were in love with the cookies the bakery sold.

You nod and watch Shingo walk over to the cookies and grabbed a box. On his way back he was stopped by a few men. You assume it's people from the Night Kids group but, they seem. Weird.

"Yo! Shingo! Long time man!" You hear one of the men say. "Who's the chick you been walking with?! Ain't your bitch right?" You pause when they assumed you weren't with Shingo.

"Hey man. Not nice." Shingo says calmly.

"Wait man. She is yours?! No way. You fucked that pig pregnant?!" Another one of the men say.

"Shut the hell up!" Shingo says and pushes the men aside and set the cookies in the cart. You feel Shingo's arms around you and you start to move to the check out quickly.

"Damn Shingo. Thought you had balls man!" The men chuckle as they watch you and Shingo walk away.

"I'm I..." you began to speak but was cut off by Shingo.

"No. No it's not your fault. They are low life scums." He says scanning the items. His face turning to look at you and make sure you were were ok. He paused on the scanning and moves his hands to your belly. "You are perfect. And you're the most bad ass chick I know. The second you have this baby. You go and kick their ass in a race."

You chuckle and hug your arms around him and lean close as he finishes scanning the items as well as paying.
