Emily laid down on her comfortable bed and gestured for Anthony to do the same. "Is there anything else you'd like to know about me?" Anthony questioned. "Yes, there are some things I'd like to know about you. Your answers will determine if we're compatible or not." Emily said in a mock serious way. "I really hope I pass the test." Anthony said laughing. "Ok first question directed at you is do you prefer tea or coffee?" Emily asked. "I prefer tea, a good cup of tea was one of my favourite things when I was alive." Anthony stated.
"That's good to know, I prefer tea as well. Congratulations you've got through the first question!" Emily exclaimed winking flirtatiously. Anthony smiles shyly while blushing. "So second question for you is do you prefer cats or dogs?" Emily asked hopeful. "I personally prefer dogs however I'm not opposed to cats. I just love animals in general." Anthony explained honestly. "I prefer cats to dogs, I had 3 cats growing up." Emily smiled gleefully. "We had three dogs when I was growing up." Anthony replied. "Next question is do you prefer blondes or brunettes? I want you to think very carefully about your answer." Emily said gesturing to her obviously brown hair. "Well blondes are really beautiful but to tell you the truth brunettes win hands down!" Anthony replied as he smiled cheekily and winked at her. "That is indeed the correct answer Mr Andrews." Emily said smiling a great big smile.
"Phew, what a relief to hear." He said laughing jokingly with his blue eyes twinkling. "I've asked a lot of questions about what exactly you prefer to the other so now I wanted to ask you, when you were alive did you ever keep a bucket list?" Emily inquired curiously. "I wrote a bucket list that had things on it that I dreamed about doing but unfortunately never got round to doing." Anthony admitted his voice full of regret. ""Like what, if you don't mind me asking you of course." Emily offered sincerely. "I always wanted to visit big cities, see amazing sights, take in rich culture and experience extraordinary adventures and experiences." Anthony confesses to Emily. "What else did you wish for?" Emily wondered intrigued.
"I wanted to lie underneath the stars with someone I was in love with and I really wanted to learn new languages and try some foreign foods and I also wanted to learn to play an instrument or be in a rock band." Anthony admits wistfully. "Wow those sound wonderful, I would really love to do all those things too but I want to go horse riding, swim with dolphins, ride an elephant and lastly I would very much like to fall in love." Emily confessed to Anthony. Emily would certainly accomplish at least one of these before she will leave...
"Sounds like we both enjoy the same things." Anthony declared. "Yeah it certainly does." Emily nodded in agreement. They both looked at each other full of happiness, each one thinking how lucky they were to have met. "As much as I have loved chatting with you, I ought to be going now." Anthony announced. "Alright then, will I see you again soon?" Emily asked her eyes and heart full of hope. "I'd count on it." Anthony said with a new found confidence. "Ok great, see you another time." Emily replied. "I look forward to it Emily." Anthony says while lovingly kissing her hand and then leaving. "Me too." Emily says quietly to the open air. Little did she know... he had heard her and it made him grin with a sense of giddy.
