"Okay, tonight is the night! I'm going to shift!" I hyped myself up before I attempted shifting for the 5th time.
3rd Person POV -
Jayden felt tingling all over his body, and then suddenly saw a bright light. The light didn't hurt his eyes, but instead welcomed him to come towards it. He moved his mind toward the light and felt his body jolt upwards. Did it actually work? Did he actually shift?
Jayden's POV -
I was awoken by a familiar voice. "Hey, are you okay? You sort of just passed out there, so I took you to Recovery Girl's office. Oh, my name is Izuku Midoriya by the way, but you can just call me Deku."
My eyes popped open. Was this really happening?! It was too good to be true! "I, uhm, thanks for taking me here, Deku." I say as I give a slight smile toward the green haired boy. "Oh, what's your name? I don't believe I caught it." Deku says, smiling brightly towards me.
"Oh!- Um, my name, right-... My name is Jayden! Jayden Rose! Nice to meet you!"
- Time Skip BC I'm lazy lol-
I had written in my script for me to already be enrolled in UA, so I went to Nezu's office and collected my uniform. Honestly, I still can't tell if he's a mouse or not.
I made my way through the empty halls, as I finally run into it. Yes, it. The door to the 1-A classroom. I opened the door and stepped to the front of the room. Everyone from Class 1-A was there, it was too surreal for me to handle. Out of nowhere, Aizawa's voice interrupted my train of thought. "Good morning class, today we have a new student. Please introduce yourself and take a seat in the back of the class." Aizawa said flatly, before flopping back to the floor in his sleeping bag and rolling behind his podium/desk/whatever.
I clear my throat. "My name is Jayden Rose, but you can just call me Jay. Oh, and my quirk is called "Puppet Master", but it's basically overpowered telekinesis. Anyways, I can't wait for you guys to really see my quirk in action."
- Time Skip BC I said so -
After School, I made my way to my house. My new, house, with my new family... My eyes watered up at the thought of being able to be happy at home again...
I knocked at the front door of my house, trying to blink back the tears that were still welling up in my eyes. Then the door creaked open, and I was greeted by a shorter woman, looking about 5'2". Her happy blue eyes turned into worried ones as she looked at my face. "Jayden, dear, are you okay? You look upset.."
I don't know how I managed to blink back my tears in that moment. I looked at her, and managed to say in a happy tone, "Of course I am Mom! Why wouldn't I be?"
"Are you sure dear? I was sure I saw tears in your eyes. Remember darling, you can tell me anything.."
"Yep, I'm better than ever! You don't have to worry about me Mom!" I said while smiling at her with the brightest smile I think I've had in years.
"If you say so dear.." she said, smiling softly towards me.
Without another word, I gave her a quick hug and ran to my new room to do all of the homework that had been assigned for today.
- Time Skip BC Why Not -
"Geez, that homework gave me a headache, I should probably lay down." I say before I lay down on my bed on turn on some music. Before I knew it, my mom knocked on my door telling me it was time for dinner. She then closed my door and left to set up the dining table. I stretched my arms and got up before making my way to the dining room.
I smelt a mouth watering fragrance as I left my room. It was my favorite food, tonkatsu. (Basically breaded and deep fried pork) My old mother would never make Japanese, so I would always have to order this for myself, so I didn't get it often.
After smelling my favorite food I practically ran to the dining table and sat down. After me and my new mom did our prayers, I practically devoured my food. I thanked my mom for the meal and talked to her for a little while, so she didn't have to sit have to finish her meal sitting by herself.
After we were done eating I went to go take a shower, relax, and brush my teeth, y'know, the usual stuff you'd do after dinner. Then, being practically exhausted, I tossed myself onto my bed and almost immediately passed out.
- Earlier That Day At School -
It was in the morning before homeroom, and I was still struggling to tie my tie. Then I saw Deku, and swallowed my pride for a minute and yelled for him. "Hey! Deku! Over here!" Deku ran over to me, and asked, "What is it Jayden?" He asked happily. Deku then looked down at my tie. "Oh, I'm assuming you need help with your tie, yes?"
I nodded my head and blushed slightly, in embarrassment, as Deku showed me how to tie my tie. I clear my throat, before speaking up. "T-thanks Deku.."
"It's no problem Jayden!" Deku says, smiling. "Oh, I think we should head to Aizawa sensei's class, so we aren't late. Who knows what type of trouble we'll be in if that happens" he shuddered at the thought before we quickly make our way to class.
- During Class -
We were all testing our quirks, I'm guessing it's the first training episode of the show.
Everybody had gone except for me, so I got to see everyone's quirk in action. And I knew Midoriya was powerful, but seeing it in person was enough to give me goosebumps. And no, there was no way I'd beat his score.
I walked over to the ball, picked it up, and threw it. And with my quirk, I made it keep going higher, until it finally fell from a height of 750 meters. I just barely beat Midoriya's score. I seriously had no idea my quirk would be that strong.
- After the 50 Meter Dash -
As I assumed, my quirk couldn't make me run any faster than a normal person. So I ended up with an around average score of 6.5 seconds. That was disappointing, but it was expected.
- After Training -
"Phew, that was exhausting!" I heard Hagakure say from a couple feet away.
Damn right this was exhausting. I thought to myself, while sitting down, drinking some water, and running my hand through my hair.
- Back at Home -
When I got back home I immediately went to the bathroom and took a shower. After I got dried off I went and did my homework. And well, you know the schedule, eat dinner, relax, brush my teeth, and go to bed. But before I went to bed, I wrote a list of the people I like and don't like, so I can remember who to avoid.
I didn't spend much time working on the list, but I think it was worth spending time on. Anyways, after writing the list, I went straight to bed.
- The Next Morning -
I woke up, still feeling tired. I opened my lifa app and clicked on the food section and selected coffee. Then, the coffee appeared in my hands. Hopefully I won't be nearly as tired after this. I thought to myself.
