Hello everyone! Many know me as Ticci kitten, others by my dead name. Either found me In real life, through a person, school, or by my social. Many know I suck at English and I speak other languages. I am Ticci Kitten, Founder of the Ticci Kitten, Thenormalcrackhead, V! Sans, Dr. Olivia. 

Today Imma talk about Dr. Olivia. Dr. Olivia is a fanon character, Meaning that she isn't official unless she appears in the SCP foundation files, which she has not. Sigh let's get this one, shall we? First hand-drafted, notebook drew then next digital/color. Actually now thinking about I should tell you about the SCP Foundation before getting into that- Sorry. Idk Idc. I had an idea I just slap it here.

     "Hello! I'm am Dr. Olivia. The SCP Foundation is also known as the Secure, Contain, Protect Foundation. Many know about Slenderman and the Creepypasta, well just like that, the SCP Foundation manage to get ear to ear in the media." She explains nervously.
      "How did the Foundation's history come from is far in the past?" She questions, "Most don't know and to stay out of containment I wouldn't say." She said looking over to MTF. "After WWI, the Foundation had a special Task Force known only as of the "Insurgency". This Taskforce deployed in 1925." She says. "They would perform more questionable tasks of the Foundation since then. It is unknown whether they did perform in WWII or not. The GOC, Global Occult Coalition, was made in order to force against the anomalies that they could control but the Foundation just worked with them for now." She replied, looking at Y/N.
      She takes a deep breath as her heterochromia eyes glee in the light. "Fast forward, it is now 1948. Insurgency decides to rebel against the Foundation causing them to retain most SCP's in the process of the rebel. They rename themselves, 'The Chaos Insurgency." She says with a dull tone. "During many missions even during the rebel, they found many SCPs that are ancient, malevolent eldritch beings,.......even go as far to the most questionable and terrible acts." She said looking at the floor at the last part but turn back to Y/N with a soft smile.
     "Now that you know about the SCP Foundation let's move on. Ranks, Class, Specialists. These are what you could call the main. I mean.. that's how I see it. It's hard to remember when you've been kept up being contained." She answers, letting out a sad sigh. She clear her throat and just...spaces out like you would when you are tired and forcing yourself to stay awake. She snaps back into reality when a black, baggie armory as if they were a part of the military, moved slightly that could be easily missed by the mortal eye. She stares at the MTF like if she became a statue and it seems to cause discomfort to the poor MTF. She turns to you, Y/n, and began to speak. "Ah yes, Uhm...Sorry, *giggles* I get that way and I'm sorry." She apologizes. "Ah, yes class. You have Safe, Euclid, Keter, Thaumiel. Safe being the most comfortable. That's because the Foundation had often information to safely contain and understand the SCP. It is 96% safe when classified safe class." She informed. You asked about the 4%. She just smiled and responded, "Chances of being safe is down 4% but it would never be 0%." "Euclid is class dangerous depending on which SCP you are assigned to." She begins, "Euclid's are hard to understand, so they require more research and high pro-calls. A safe bet to make if it doesn't land in a cerin category. Just ask Dr. Bright, I and Him had made pretty good bets when it comes to SCPs and this class." She adds on. "Next are Keter Class." She pauses. "This one is..kinda hard to explain." She says nervously. "Basically," She reaches out to a pencil, picking it up, and then stands up. "This is a pencil. Let's say Uhm... It has the ability to fly. The way to contain is well by putting something on top of it. whether it would be a glass container or a heavy object depending on how strong it is." She says dropping the pencil onto the table and putting her hair long, reddish-black hair into a ponytail. "Now.." She sighs thinking..... A couple of minutes later she speaks up. "I am going to take off the Chains around my wrist. I promise on my soul I will not hurt anyone." She says looks at MTF. As about when the MTF was about to say no, in a split second she appears in front of MTF with the key in her hand and back to where she is original. If it wasn't for her white jacket, you wouldn't have been able to see where she went. She drops both key and chain onto the table. "A Keter class would be able to do that. But most don't. It all depends on how hard it is to contain them. I have speeds like SCP-173. Now thinking about it wasn't that hard. But the handcuffs things were kinda painful so still would do it." 

Someone enters the room letting the MTF's take Dr. Olivia to her containment. She looks at Y/n and waves goodbye. Many questions race through your head. Why such a young girl be in containment? Most of the things she had said made no sense when it came to the interview. 

A couple of hours later, you are greeted by someone. They call themself Dr. Aleida. They say they would answer any questions you may have. "Why is she here? She seems normal.. besides the strange amount of speed they have." Y/N asked. "Well, she is known as SCP-6899," Aleida says. "What made her been here?" "That I may not tell." "What class is she?" "She is class Keter. But at times She can be class safe. That's is if she is tired and has SCP-6899-2 on her." "What is SCP-6899-2?" "That necklace she has around her neck, well during the interview she had it in her pocket." Y/N looks at their notebook and says "Oh and......."

....I dunno. This was actually asked of someone. Dr, Olivia can not die. You can say Dr. Olivia is like Dr. Bright which is what she is based on. What made her immortal though is through scientist experiments and over the use of a special drug. Dr. Olivia SCP name(like SCP-035 aka the possessive mask) is SCP-6899. When she has a strong possibility of being part of a high MTF group like the Nine Tail Fox group. She doesn't like withholding a weapon unless she has to or is told to by 05 levels.
