I was cleaning the dishes and helping Monita and some of the staff out. I got to catch up with her as we finished cleaning up the kitchen. We were now sitting on the kitchen stalls and having some juice talking about how her sons grew to be a part of the mafia under Orlando's care.
"So you probably saw them at the ball but didn't notice," Monita said as I just nodded because there were heaps of people there. "So Hunny, how has life been?" she said grabbing her hands giving it a little squeeze.
"It's been going good lately, just catching up with some online classes as I'm here for the meantime." I sighed looking around just to sink in this place. "This place hasn't changed a bit" I chuckled as she gave me a warm smile nodding looking around herself too. "It hasn't had it?" she smiled.
"So tell me, what are they really up to lately?" I asked resting my arm on the counter. "What do you mean Lina?" She side-eyed me. I just gave her a knowing look indicating 'they' more clearly.
"Oh honey, you mean your father and your bro-" "Yes yes, that's what I meant" I cut her off trying to be polite about the titles she mentioned. "Well honey, they've been quite shit with trying to track down this certain case they've been mentioning for about 2 months. I don't know what they're up to with it but they are mentioning they don't need help but the way things are being handled, they really do need help."
I started to process what she means, but then again there are only a few rivals trying to get at them so I highly doubt they don't need help. "It's becoming really serious because Orlando got into an agreement to push the war with Adrian away and made an ally contract which is already signed by Adrian." That's when I began to sit up, shocked about this news. 'He never mentioned that to me..' I whispered to myself indicating my last meet with Papa.
"So it's that important?" I say eyeing Monita. She smiled and nodded her head. "So why hasn't it taken so long to find this person or persons" I answered clearly interested in finding any clues to track it before they do.
"Because it's clearly impossible to find the two" Vincent appeared out of nowhere. Of course, this big shit comes in unexpectedly. I just rolled my eyes, "Who are they?" as I eat Monita's famous cheesecake. Making a mental note to bring some home.
"Soooo, is anyone gonna answer or?" I dragged out like they couldn't listen to what I just said. "I think it's better for father to tell you than us," William said as he looked at Vincent and Brian. I just kissed my teeth and just nodded. "Alright, Alright I better best be going then." I looked at my watch. 04:00 PM, the time has gone so fast.
I was about to head out of the kitchen to get my jacket until I heard my name being called out. "Lina!" one of the twins Wade finally said reaching for my arm. "that's my name" I simply said getting my arm out of reach for him to not touch me.
"let's spend some time to catch up without all these wall's you've been guarding in front of you" He replied as he made his way somewhere else. I just simply gave Monita a help me look, I was trying to find a polite way to say I want to go home to my beautiful bed and sleep. But that didn't seem to bother my so-called brothers as they followed wade's trail.
"Aren't you coming?" William extended his hand out to me as I just shook my head and was about to head out. Until again William stood in front of me. I rolled my eyes and he then decided to lift my fat ass over his shoulder and carried me to what looked like Wade's path. "What the! Can you put me down asswipe, your traumatizing me with your ass" I exclaimed hitting his behind by surprise and he almost dropped me on the floor.
"Don't make me kill you William or I swear" I warned him but was cut off with him dropping me on a very much comfy couch. "I swear what?" Vincent raised his eyebrows. Oh, so you want to know what I can do? Aight bet.
"I swear I'll skin you slowly piece by piece and feed you to my pet sharks understand?" I huffed looking at my surroundings. Woah I think I'm in an arcade area with a Tin-pin bowling alley & heaps of arcade games. Plus a connected movie theatre area. Nice way of living their best life I guess.
I looked at where Wade and Shane were playing what looked like Call of duty, my favourite game on PS5. "One day you'll see" I muttered and smiled at them. I huffed as I explored the whole ass arena. I saw the basketball hoop arcade game and headed towards it. "Let's get dem netball skills in action," I say as I was about to press solo player suddenly a hard hand slap multiplayer. I look up to see Brian and William smiling cheekily, getting ready to press start.
"You never asked if you wanted to verse me or play" I glared as I stretched my arms wide. "Yeah well too bad because I'm gonna beat your ass," Brian said getting to his stance, I looked over to William smirking. I just rolled my eyes and pressed start.
"Okay, ballers get ready in 3,2,1... START!" The machine then released the b-ball's out the little catch and I started using a shoot sideways technique. I was fully concentrated and as soon as it finished, I looked at their scores hitting 200, 210. "Not bad" I simply said as I walked off to the bowling alley.
"YOO, HOW THE FUCK DID SHE HIT THE NEW HIGH SCORE!" I heard Brian's frustrations as I just chuckled walking up the little stairs leading straight to the bowling balls. The others just laughed as Brian just huffed defeated.
"Hey," Vincent said walking towards her. "Hey" I simply replied. "Look, I just want to for most, apologize for everything you have gone through from not only us but everything else. For the past few years, it made me realise I was totally wrong and I've also wanted my Lil sister back. Even though you have anger and also hatred in you towards us, I have hope one day you get to forgive us properly. Not in a sneakily way" He side-eyed me as I just nodded processing his words.
Suddenly the boys all came in completely different outfits, looked like they were going to do training. "And that's why you need to release them" William simply said.
I watched as vincent went somewhere with the twins and brian, leaving me with Will. I just stood there looking at a pair of change clothes. William followed me to a gym that was on a whole different side of their residence. I quickly went to the bathroom and changed. I saw a roll tape with a little note saying to wrap them around your knuckles. Once I got out I was met with all 5 of my devilish brothers and "Why am I here? and why are you here Orlando?" I say looking intensely at the man who was my 'father'.
They all got into position and the men took their shirts off taking their stance.
"Now it's time to lay out all your feelings so we can get back to a strong family I once wanted" Orlando simply said.
I began to radiate anger clenching my fist. I just scoffed "Family... Family?.....
That's Just utterly Nonsense" they all began to charge at me at once.

Hey Sistas & brothas,
Ya'll definitely be imagining to beat my ass off, but I'm alive guys. Just having a bit of time to myself due to some feelings I've been having. But Yah girl got announced as Deputy Head girl for next year at my high school! I'm ultra happy but it's gonna be tough next year as it will be my last year of High school.
