𝑭𝒂𝒎𝒊𝒍𝒚/ˈ𝒇𝒂𝒎ɪ𝒍𝒊,ˈ𝒇𝒂𝒎(ə)𝒍𝒊/

𝓐 𝓯𝓪𝓶𝓲𝓵𝔂 𝓭𝓸𝓮𝓼𝓷'𝓽 𝓸𝓷𝓵𝔂 𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓽𝓮 𝓽𝓱𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓫𝓵𝓸𝓸𝓭, 𝓲𝓽 𝓾𝓷𝓲𝓽𝓮𝓼 𝓽𝓱𝓻𝓸𝓾𝓰𝓱 𝓵𝓸𝔂𝓪𝓵𝓽𝔂 𝓪𝓷𝓭 𝓻𝓮𝓼𝓹𝓮𝓬𝓽. 

Katalina POV:

"Seriously! Why is the universe not on my side?!" I huffed as I saw Jaxon (Lola's father) sitting at a table with that wicked witch from the wild west.  I even saw Aunty Kate (Lola's Mother) on the opposite table looking with her baby bump clearly showing. I love my aunty so much, but she is obviously oblivious in... well..everything.

I stormed towards Jaxon. Lola tried to stop me but Andre stopped her. 'Good' I say, he had the f**ken guts to bring the b**ch here to the gathering. Hell Nah!  I walked in front of Jaxon and grabbed him by his collar. "What the fuck" He grunted struggling to get free. "You think your the shit, coming here and showing up with your side hoe in this f*cken gathering" I spat, I continued...

"YOU MESS WITH MY FAMILY I KILL YOU" I shouted angrily, punched him hard in his face and he landed on the floor as he fell to the ground. "Wwh-ho a-re you" He gasps as I wrap my fingers around his neck, choking him to death. 

 "Imma advise you to run as far as you can and move to a different country. Never ever look back or else I will have to hunt you down and kill yah, and we don't want that do we?" I said in an innocent voice as he nodded his head unable to breathe. 

I took off my glasses and look him straight in the eye " Ohh.. and I'm Katalina De Rose" I let go of him and began to walk towards Lola. I heard heavy footsteps running out the door and the slam confirmed he's gone. 

I looked at everyone's facials knowing they were damn well shook. Hell, even Nana was scared. ahh.. well this is awkward now... I just shrugged it off.

"You shouldn't have done that, thanks though Cousin" Lola finally said, I just did my cheeky smile and hugged her. "Hell, you're my cousin that's what family is for," I say in a duh tone. 

"Lina? is that you?" What is with everyone asking is that me? Like 'noo I'm Casper bitch'. Ughhh. "apparently" I responded. I turn and saw Aunty Kate wobbling towards me. She gave me a warm hug but was struggling because of her belly between us. "oh my goodness, look at you hun" She finally said with a glint of spark in her eyes. 

"You have grown so much! God how you look so much like your father, hell even your attitude is" she playfully says, "I don't think so, by the way, what are we here for again?" I asked She frowned at my comment and she looked at someone from afar as she turned back.

"Hey" Andre came behind to hug me. "You okay rager?" he snickered, I rolled my eyes. I heard a *ting ting ting* noise of someone trying to make a toast. 

"Hello everybody, I know there was some drama tonight, but we came here to talk about something today," Orlando said staring at me while I just look somewhere else not meeting his eyes at all. 

He cleared his throat "Apparently there has been a long lost rival that is trying to kill us and our loved ones. So I gathered you all today to warn and be aware of whats clearly coming" 

Everyone started talking at once, voices clashing together with worried and madness. "Silence" Orlando demands as everyone shuts up quickly looking straight at him. "I am deeply aware of what the Ivanov family is capable of and we will kill them. As if our forces will join together" looking at the other lot of mafia leaders. They all nodded their heads. I was in fact shocked but I didn't show it. I turn to Aunty Maliah and she looked at me the same surprising way too. 

'What had happened and why are they going to war? ' I personally say

Then Orlando looked at me as if he was waiting for my response. 

I know the Ivanov family, my best friend Jaebella (Jay-bella) is an Ivanov. We met on my first of high school back in New Zealand. When I went to Russia for a vacation with Jaebella, Her parents welcomed me as one of their own. Especially Papa Adrian. (Her Dad) He taught me many things about the industry and how dangerous it really is in this world. 

But one of the things I treasure so much, was him being there for me when I didn't have a father figure during my darkest and happy days. Same goes with my Papa Danny (Maliah's Husband). A family doesn't only unite through blood, it unites through loyalty and respect. I will never go against family.

As I was about to say something, I got saved by my phone. Everyone looked at me, clearly making me uncomfortably awkward so I excuse myself and look who in the he- 'Jaebooboo' name was on there. I immediately answer the call, "Whatsup babez?" I say sitting next to a dark black rose. 

"You know when I told you that I'll keep my mouth shut when it comes to your whole family situation"

"Yeah" I simply said, not exactly getting where she's coming from

"Well yeh see I got blackmailed by Papa, and he wanted to know whats going on and why you hidding somethingsoItoldhim!!"

"YOU WHAT?!!" I Shouted but soon whisper yell knowing i'm still at this fricken ball shiz."

"I'm at Orlando's ball and he just F**KEN announces he's going to war with Papa." I whisper yelled 

"........."

"Hello?" I say

"You have to sort some shit out before something happens, and that something is definitely not gonna be good Lina"

"Дерьмо, просто попытайся успокоить папу, хорошо" I say in Russian "Shit Just try and calm down Papa okay"

"Слишком поздно... Папа ушел изгоем " She says

"It's too late... Papa's gone rogue"

I'm Sooo Sorry Readers, I've been completely busy due to a lot of events (New Years and Christmas) I travelled to an Island called Tonga and it's so beautiful. I'm currently down in Christchurch New Zealand attending a funeral due to my Aunty passing away through suicide, so I'm easing my pain through writing.
