1. we're back

I feel my cryo bed start to move and I see a bright light.
"Lilith. Lilith hey wake up"
before I could do anything he puts his hands up signaling he isn't trying to do anything
"mom and dad warned me you would try to attack me"
he starts laughing, mom and dad?
"who are you?"
"right I'm still not good at this. I'm Jordan. Jordan Green."
oh my god they had a kid, but how is he so old
"you're Monty and harpers son. that's so amazing. can I please see them?"
he just looked at me, what did I say?
"um can you follow me? they ask me to show you some videos."
I smile, the videos
"so they took my advice?"
"yes and they told me everything about you"
I stopped walking causing him to stop
"wait, how long was I asleep?"
"you. 124 years since you stayed up almost a year"
I felt like my world stopped I would ask more questions but I know Monty will explain everything
"show me the videos"
I walk into the room and notice them staring at me. Clarke just came and hugged me, I felt taken back.
"you stayed up and made another flame. it could have killed you."
the other flame. in my nap I could hear my sisters and many other commanders voices in my head the whole time.
"but it didn't. I'm okay and actually a commander"
"how does it work?"
"It's hard to explain. but we used becca's memories, then combined the flames and then separated them. but that doesn't matter where is Monty and Harper?"
everyone just stares at me. no. they have to be okay
"come watch the videos Lilith"
Bellamy says and we walk to the screen. after they finished I didn't have any words. earths not coming back. Monty and Harper aren't coming back. what do I do. I walk to the opening where you can see the planet. It really was something. this isn't gonna end well.
"it's time to wake the main people. we need a plan"
they walk off to get everyone. 125 years. 125 years and monty and harper are gone. what am I going to do. I don't know how to lead without O. without blodreina.
"hey can I just say, from everything mom and dad told me about you, you're awesome."
this guy is like way older than me acting like im the adult.
"thank you."
I smile and laugh a little, no one has ever told me that.
"what was it like. you know awake?"
I look to the new world again and then back at him
"lonely. I always heard stories about the people behind the glass. about you behind the glass. but there was never anyone else."
"at least you had Monty and Harper. they're the best"
"yeah they were"
were. they're really gone. At least they don't have to fight anymore. they always hated that. I go to ask him about him going into cryo when everyone walks in. everyone which includes raven, Murphy, emori, Shaw, and abbey. I smile at them
"it's good to see everyone awake, now to the reason we woke you all up."
we played them the videos again.
"can you see it? is it beautiful? It is in my dreams. I hope we do better there. I hope your lives there will be as happy as mine has been. be the good guys. may we meet again."
"may we meet again."
everyone says as the video ends.
"I know this is a lot to process. take an hour and meet in the mess. we need to game this out."
Bellamy tells everyone and then Clarke says,
"guys, we survived. Monty made sure of it."
"now we get our humanity back."
is abbey for real. she's the reason we lost it she shouldn't be here. I go to say something when raven beats me to it
"some of us never lost it."
she storms away and shaw follows
"she rights. I would be careful what you do on this planet abbey. it's your last chance. it's our last chance"
everyone walks away besides Bellamy, Clarke and I
"don't wake anyone else yet. not until we all talk."
they nod
"you know I'm liking this new "think before you" do Lilith"
Bellamy tells me and I laugh
"I've learned from my mistakes bell. like I told abbey. this is our last chance. we don't have room for mistakes"
he nods
"lexa would be proud of you"
Clarke says
"I know she is. and she wanted me to tell you she loves you so much Clarke"
Clarke looked taken back by this, I was to when I found out I could speak to my sister threw the flame
"the flame? can you communicate with her threw it?"
"yes. mostly memories but if I try hard enough it can be real conversations. and with 125 years we've had a lot"
she laughs a little
"we should probably go to the mess."
Bellamy grabs my arm
"what about Octavia and Madi?"
I look at Clarke and then Bellamy
"Madi is commander just as much as I am and should be here. but that is Clarke's decision. as for Octavia. I don't know which Octavia is gonna come out and that's not a risk we need right now."
they both nod and we walk out.
"I'm going to check on Madi if you want to come."
Clarke ask, I nod knowing I need to check on O.
"hey o. I promise I will wake you soon okay. I just need to get things together right now."
she can't hear me why am I wasting my time. I look and see clarke talking to Madi like I'm doing to O.
"you don't have to worry about me trying to hurt her anymore Clarke. just so you know."
Clarke looks up from Madi and at me
"I know. I seen how close you two got in the videos. I wish it could always be like that. so careless."
"It will be soon Clarke, I promise you."
she nods
"don't go back to what you were in the bunker Lil. you're so much better than that. wonkru needs you. not a monster."
"two commanders is better than one, right? we'll be okay Clarke. everything will be."
she nods again and looks down at Madi
"let's go find the others"
we walk off and to the Mess
"there you two are. checking on Madi? and Octavia?"
I forgot he knows all of our stories. it's kinda weird. is this how they felt about Madi and I knowing their stories?
"yeah"
Clarke answers him but I just nod
"my dad preserved this for when we woke up. I'm told it doesn't taste very good, but since it's all I've ever eaten-"
"you poor thing. this is all you've ever had."
that poor guy. he just nods and laughs
"yeah"
Clarke grabs the bowl and says,
"thanks."
"your moms not touching hers, by the way."
let her starve then. I grab my bowl
"(thank you)"
he looks at me confused. right doesn't speak our language
"my dad tried to teach me the language once but what kid really pays attention in class"
I laugh
"right. well (thank you) it means thank you."
"(thank you)"
"eh needs a little work but almost got it"
I go and sit down
"have you seen raven or Shaw?"
Bellamy asks me as I sit down
"no but I'm sure they're together"
he looks up at Clarke, who was walking up to us
"hey, you see Raven or Shaw?"
"you know, the people you handed over to our enemy to be tortured."
that caused me to look up at Clarke. why am I just now hearing about this?
"now, for Clarke, we call that a Tuesday."
"easy. she did the right thing in the end."
"no, I haven't seen them."
Clarke finally answers and walks off
"she let them get tortured?"
everyone just nods there heads. and I'm the monster
"so what's the plan?"
Murphy ask, I assume Bellamy, but I look up and they're all looking at me
"for now we eat. then we talk to Jordan and see if Monty was ahead of the plan and made us one."
everyone nods
"good idea heda"
I just look at echo. heda. before I could say anything Jordan walks over by Clarke, catching everyone's attention
"will first-culture algae do? my dad wanted me to give this to you."
"the stuff Bellamy used on Octavia."
this causes me to stand and start to walk over. but Bellamy grabs my hand
"think before you do. remember?"
I snatched my hand
"I am thinking before i do. and Bellamy. don't grab me like that again"
I might act like I'm changing but he better not push his luck this time
"to save kane."
was all I heard when I finally got to them
"to save kane?"
"Lilith everyone gets a fresh start."
I just look at her, she's right. I can't expect octavia and I to get another start and not kane.
"you're right Clarke. everyone starts over down there."
we nod at each other
"thank you."
abbey says to me and I nod
"Im not the one you should be thanking"
she looks at Jordan
"and thank you"
he smiles. he smiles a lot.
"take Jackson to the ground. I'll wake up niylah to assist me."
we both nod. I guess those two will be okay to wake up.
"what did we miss?"
ravens ask as she walks in holding shaws hand. told them they were together.
"nothing. it's about time. take a seat. ok, everyone. listen up. here's what we know. eligius 3 was a colonizing mission."
"after the earth was sucked dry of oil. they ditched it to find another."
"according to the file, the mothership went to 5 planets that met necessary conditions for life, dropping mission teams on each one. Monty picked planet alpha for us because it's the closest and probably the most like earth."
"was there a "probably" ?"
I smile a little man I love Murphy
"we have to assume they couldn't know for sure until they got here. we can scan the atmosphere from the bridge."
Shaw answers murphy but then Jordan says,
"actually, we can't. none of the equipment we used to monitor earth is working. I'm guessing it's interference from the ionosphere."
"or someone blocking it."
everyone looks at me
"we're the last people alive Lilith"
"yeah because Earth and the mountain were totally empty."
I scoff, I want someone to be down there so I can say I told you so but I don't want another war.
"Lilith? like the night monster?"
everyone went quite. I just stare at her. is that really the first time she heard my name
"that's what it means yeah"
"it's a beautiful name."
she said looking scared realizing who I was. finally Bellamy cut in
"anyways the bottom line is, we won't know if it's survivable until we get down there."
"sounds familiar."
"what about radio signals? anything from the ground that says the mission team survived? I mean Lilith could be right"
"thank you raven!"
"no, there wasn't any radio signals."
"likely also the ionosphere."
"nothings is that simple. is there a anything else?" "there is an ultra-high-frequency ping on radar, faint but-"
"a rescue beacon. we used them on eligius 4 to-"
shaw got interrupted by emori
"great. if there's a beacon, that means someone's down there, right?"
"not necessarily. they're solar, so-"
"they can last forever."
"nothing last forever."
"how long ago did eligius 3 get here?"
raven ask
"hard to tell since they never radioed back, but best estimate. 200 years, give or take."
that number doesn't seem to add up to me. we were asleep 125 years and the ark was up for almost 100
"that's a long time to wait for a rescue."
Murphy says and then Echo talks
"I trust Monty."
"so do I."
"great. then it's settled. we land at a distance, give us time to acclimate. we'll wait for them to come to us."
so now they think there is people?
"then we march."
everyone looks at me
"right. no marching. we wait. stand our own."
"let's talk about guns. If we have them, we'll us them."
Clarke says and Bellamy replies
"we're taking guns. we're also taking nonlethals. now, eligius 4 had gas grenades and shock batons to control the criminals. we won't shoot first this time."
wonkru did not shoot first if that's what's he is saying.
"In that case, Clarke should stay here."
"raven, you're the one that's staying here."
"what? no I'm not"
"look. we can't take both our pilots, and since we'll be flying blind until we're below the ionosphere, it has to be Shaw. that's not all. Jordan, you're staying, too."
"me? why?"
Clarke goes to talk but I cut her off
"Monty and Harper asked us to keep you safe. and that's what I'm doing. we don't know what's gonna happen down there."
"which is why we should take our best fighters."
now I agree with echo
"my sister is the last person i trust not to shoot first"
"as much as I love Octavia, I agree with Bellamy."
he nods at me and continues
"she stays on ice with everyone else until we know what we're dealing with."
"and if it's too late by then?"
"fine. I'll wake up Miller."
"I'll be down there to echo. I'll have your back this time."
"um no you're not, we don't know how this second flame is going to react to anything. you stay here."
Clarke tries to tell me, I look at her
"I invented this flame. I know what it's gonna do. and I am the commander. I don't take orders from you. I'm going down or y'all don't. end of decision."
everyone nods
"good. say your goodbyes. head to the transport ship."
"well, I call shotgun."
he gets up and leave, i go to follow but get stopped by Jordan
"hey, mom wanted me to give you something before you went down. follow me"
"okay."
we walk into a room. I see a beautiful outfit.
"oh my gosh. I love it."
he smiles at me
"I remember her taking a lot of her time to make this. I always wanted to see it on you from hearing the stories"
I smile
"I'll leave you so I can finally see moms work pay off"
he walks out and I look at the note of the outfit

dear Lilith,
I miss you so much. It's not the same without you. some times I wish you would have stayed awake but that wouldn't be fair. you deserve to live a great life out of this ship. and I hope when you are living that life, you are wearing this. with the way things are going I don't think I'll be there to see you wear it but I know you'll look stunning. It's flexible so you can still fight like the warrior you are, but it is also beautiful. just like you. I hope you love it. don't forget who you are, don't forget the laughs we've had. be a warrior but when the time comes be a kid. I love you.

I smile and put on the outfit, it really was stunning.

I look at myself one more time before walking out
"wow. mom would've loved to see this."
"she see's it. I know she's watching over us right now."

I had finally made it to the ship we were launching in. and then Jackson and Miller came. Miller ran and hugged me
"mil it's so good to see you"
"lil. my god if you try something like putting a flame in your head again I'm gonna kill you"
I laugh
"good to see you too"
Jackson laughs and then I ran and hug him
"Jackson it's so good to see you too."
"you too Lilith."
"see Miller that is how your suppose to greet someone."
he just messes up my hair
"yeah whatever kid"
"I love the new outfit by the way"
Jackson says as he looks at my outfit
"thank you. thank you. Harper made it for me"
they go a little quite but i reassure
"guys we don't have to be upset when we talk about them. they had the happy life they wanted."
they nod
"I really like this happy side of you Lil"
Miller says to me I fake a smile at him and then abbey comes up and hugs Jackson
"you keep each other safe. All of you."
she looks at me and I nod
"always"
Jackson says and walks to Miller, I stay still until Bellamy comes. then Miller stops
"hey"
"hey"
"thanks for taking me. that must have been hard for you."
"not really. do you really think Lilith would let you stay back? and we go back, Miller. I trust you. "
"even after we threw you in the pit?"
"my sister did that, not you too."
I just walk into the ship knowing I threw him in there too and had no regrets about it.
"all right that's load up."
I hear Bellamy say very loudly. everyone gets in and we take off.
"we're below the ionosphere and I still don't have any instruments. there must be something else hand on."
"is there anything I can do?"
"yeah. pray."
he might have been joking but I start praying .
"(Ahem)"
I say right as you can see the new world.
"boys and girls, meet planet alpha."
"this is so cool. it's beautiful"
we start to fly normally now to find a spot to land. Shaw turns the ship and lands us. we all get up and go to the door. which slowly starts to open.
"please be breathable. please be breathable. please be breathable."
I take a huge breathe and go to yell
"we're back-"
"don't"

Authors note : this is really long because of the first part that wasn't actually in the story. I hope y'all like this, I am really enjoying writing it! the next chapter will also be the first episode of season 6 because this one is already at 1000 words. and also please vote!
