Dixie: I'm actually inside the palace! Undercover!
Charli: I love it! This is better than an exclusive!
Dixie: but I had to lie to get in here.
Charli: who cares?
Dixie: could I go to jail for this?
Charli: two, maybe three weeks tops.
Dixie: oh, Not Helping!
Charli: Listen, just play this out as long as you can. Get lots of video, audio, whatever you can grab. Can you do this Dixie?
Dixie: absolutely!
~the next morning~
Amelie: (walking to the study with Dixie) I trust you have the curriculum and lesson plan I sent your agency.
Dixie: I, uhh...No, they must have forgotten..
Amelie: (scoffs) My experience with US agencies could best be described as loosey-goosey.
Dixie: not to worry miss Amelie, there's nothing loose about this goose.
(The 2 enter the study)
Amelie: your royal highness. You remember miss Anderson
Dixie: good morning, Princess Haley!
Princess Haley: Go away.
Amelie: now that's no way to treat your new tutor. (Looks at Dixie) please, be seated
Dixie: thank you!
(Dixie pulls out her chair and sees a mouse and gasps)
Princess Haley: (giggles and picks the mouse up) I thought you said you liked mice...
Dixie: not as a seat cushion.
(Haley puts the mouse back in it's cage)
Amelie: now If you've finished with the excitement for this morning, I suggest you start on your lesson.
Princess Haley: I started with modern art.
(Haley holds up a badly drawn picture of Amelie)
Princess Haley: what you think?
Amelie: delightful...I'll leave you to it
(Amelie leaves)
Dixie: (sighs and starts to mark Haley's work)
Princess Haley: so...how did I do?
Dixie: looks good to me...
Princess Haley: I got 92 on the state exam.
Dixie: well, seeing as you're already so good at math, why don't we do some writing? English is my best subject.
Princess Haley: you're a writer?
Dixie: yes, no, no, but I studied it at school in New York..
Princess Haley: I thought you're from Minnesota?
Dixie: I am, but went to college in New York...
(Dixie sighs nervously)
Princess Haley: you're wondering what happened to me, aren't you?
Dixie: no, no, it's just-
Princess Haley: it's called spina bifida and there is no cure.
(Haley wheels herself out from the table and over to the window in her wheelchair)
