~ 12 ~

Lisa's funeral went well but I cried my heart out, it aches my heart seeing her face after what happened, " Lisa.... how I wish you would come back, I love you a lot, you were my sister and my best friend, who knew we would part ways at this age? life is unfair. I will try living life being happy like you told me to, rest well Unni" I sniffed as I walked away from her grave, Jungkook was there for me, he had a sad expression on his face as he took me in his arms, embracing me to create a spark of comfort in my heart. " it's okay princess, I'm here for you" he whispered as his voice cracked, he hated seeing the ones he loved in pain. I hugged him even tighter and inhaled his scent to calm down, it calmed me down a bit, but my mind was foggy and I couldn't think anymore. " Jungkook..." That was the last thing I said before passing out.

(Jungkook's P.O.V)

she fainted in my arms which made my heart clench, she had endured for too long, and she suffered a lot. I carried her bridal style and took her to the car. I placed her in the backseat as Grandma caressed her hair and gave her the medicine she needed. I started the car and drove to my house.

time skip - Jungkook's house

we reached the house and I took y/n in my arms into the house as Grandma came along. " Jungkook, I will go and sit with Blossom, I haven't checked on her since the funeral started" I nodded my head as I placed y/n on the sofa, I brought a blanket and covered her, and kissed her forehead. I led Grandma to the garden we had and we sat down taking in the fresh air. " who's Blossom?" Grandma said as she looked at me, "that's Jun's wife" I said and grinned at her reaction, she was surprised. " time really does change things" she said and giggled, " Busan changed since the first time I came here, it explains why your moms wanted to come live here, Busan provides many stuff" I nodded in agreement. we sat there for a while chatting, this warm feeling as if iI found my home, has filled my heart and soul. just as we finished chatting, a question popped up in my head.

"grandma? why don't you live with us? here in this house" I said as she just smiled, " I don't think I can do that honey, Jungha would cause a scene if I did live here, I would rather stay in my old house in peace instead of fighting with someone at this age" she grinned as she shook her head, " no grandma that's not true, even if he wanted to do something to you he won't have the chance to do it, this is my house now, and these are my men outside the door, plus, I think he won't come back. Jun was talking to him on the phone and I heard him saying that he still has work to do in the US" I explained, she nodded her head and held my hand in her soft one, " I will think about it dear" she said as she smiled and pulled me to towards the flowers in the garden, I giggled and ran around the field enjoying this motherly love, my inner child has felt peace at that moment.

(y/n's P.O.V)

my eyes fluttered open as I looked around me, there was no one in the house, but I heard Grandma's voice coming from the garden, I stood up slowly and peeked at her, she was observing the flowers with Jungkook, I couldn't hear anything they were chatting about, but it wasn't my business. I went to take a shower and I wore something comfortable. I headed down and decided to cook lunch, I prepared Kimbap with rice on the side and some sauces. I set up the table as I went to call Grandma and Jungkook to eat but they were already standing by the door as grandma came up to me, "Dear how are you feeling? Why did you cook hm? You could've called me to do so, you need rest" she said as I chuckled, " grandma I'm fine, the maid was feeling sick so I decided to cook something, sit down and eat before it cools down" I said as we all sat down around the table, " Jun won't eat?" grandma asked as Jungkook shook his head, " he is exhausted, so he went to sleep with blossom" we nodded our head and started eating.

time skip - after lunch

"Jungkook, could you just take me back to the village? I want to go and rest" " But grandma, you can rest here in this house, we even have an extra bedroom for you" "No dear, I can't stay here, I got work to do at the village" "Okay then, I will wait for you in the car, looks like you got used to the village, not to blame you though, it is very comfortable to live there" I said as grandma chuckled, "well, feel free to visit anytime, and bring blossom with you guys too" "alright grandma, please stay safe and send us letters like you used to do with me" I hugged her and she hugged me back nodding, " of course dear, take care" she stopped by the door and turned around handing me something, " here, your ring, and Jungkook your necklace" she said as she gave us our items.

with that they left and I didn't know what to do, I was the only one awake in this house, I plopped down on the sofa and threw my head back closing my eyes, I didn't have anything to do so I decided to go prepare mine and Jungkook's bags, tomorrow we had to go to the university, once I was done I sat down on the bed studying what we took 2 days ago, my attendance must be looking like shit right now, I haven't attended a bunch of classes. 

time skip - after 2 hours

I heard the door open so I went downstairs and I found Jungkook with a bag of snacks in his hand, " come let's watch something before going to sleep" he said and sat down on the sofa, I sat down beside him and we started watching reality shows, I loved how he was trying to cheer me up, he cuddled me and kissed my cheek, " I love you" he said and I looked at his hazel eyes trying to breathe, he was making my heart go crazy, " I... love you too" I replied and his bunny smile showed making me smile too.
