Café Aquatique. Techno Lagoon's premier cafe. Two purple Techno Trolls swam up to this establishment and seated themselves together at one of the outdoor tables. Who were they? Synth, the TrollsTopian Techno ambassador, and Laguna, the Techno Trolls' very own Antrollpologist.
Synth: So, Guna, about your birthday... it's tomorrow, right? Your first b-day here in TrollsTopia?
Laguna: Of course. (in her mind) I can already tell where this is going...
Synth: Well, what's the party in your dreams been lookin' like? Where's the place, and how's it decked? Which of your friends are there, and-
Before the questions could continue, the Antrollpologist placed a finger over her friend's mouth.
Laguna: Actually, Synth, since I came here to TrollsTopia, it seems that I've been attending a multitude of parties from the other tribes. I certainly enjoy the increased opportunities to socialize with new friends and conduct cultural research, but when combined with all of our tribe's daily raves, it tends to become rather... overwhelming.
Synth: So what are you saying?
Laguna: I'm simply experiencing some minor party burnout, so... I'd prefer not to have one tomorrow.
Upon hearing what his scientist friend had just said, Synth's magenta-colored eyes widened and started flashing red as visions of several Techno children getting sucked into a whirlpool flashed before them, and the sounds of their screams filled his ears, along with a familiar voice: "Synth... Synth..."
Laguna: Synth!
Synth: (snapping back) Huh?
Laguna: I was hoping you would understand my proposal for an alternative celebration.
Synth: Oh, y-yeah, sure. Uhh, what'd you have in mind?
Laguna: The two of us meeting up at the Pop Troll Library at 5:30 PM. How does that sound?
Synth: Hey, b-day girl gets what b-day girl wants. Guess I'll sea you there tomorrow?
Both swam off laughing at Synth's pun, unaware that a certain pigtailed Hard Rock Troll had overheard their conversation...
