Zoe stares at the book, no words come to her mind. What was this? A sick joke? Why would her father's name be on a book about Threadwitches?
She couldn't stand to look at that damn spell anymore, so she kept flipping. She looked and looked and every few pages had her name on it.
How to stop a thread from breaking.
How to stop a thread from starting.
Pink Threads.
Purple Threads.
But one last page caught her eye. Not only did have her name on it but her brother's.
How to strengthen a void thread.
"Zo?"
Zoe slammed the book shut as she turned around to see Elijah standing at her doorway. "Lijah?" She asked as she went to cover the book before standing up. "Lights out." Elijah said to her as Zoe walked over to him.
Zoe nodded as he kissed her forehead before walking away. She sighed as she shut her door and slid to the floor. Zoe quickly opened her eyes, her red eyes, as she stared at her threads.
Green.
The thread was short as Chewie jumped onto Zoe's lap. The girl smiled as Chewie's eyes stared back at her. He nudged his head against hers before he got off and laid on her bed. Zoe's eyes once again caught sight of the mark of Azi.
"Do you trust me?"
"Always."
Zoe surged forward, cupping his face and pulling Scott into a passionate kiss.
She hissed herself as she touched the permanent mark behind her ear. Not tonight. Tonight, she would sleep it off. She got up slipping on Stiles' lacrosse sweatshirt turning off her lights.
Tomorrow is a new day.

The day in the Klein household can only be described as a new experience for the twins. Never in their life has the house been this full. Every single bedroom room was actually filled as someone was always talking.
