I walked over to Cody and placed my hand on his sholder and got a good look at the screen and gasped when I saw what he had found... It was us from earlier on the walk, it was when Alli had pulled away from the group hug, creating a very awkward situation, which appeared to the paparazzi as a lovely couple in the making. Oh no, this can't be happening to me, I just got away from stupid school drama, but now I get to deal with celebrity drama? Cody must have noticed how upset I was because he put his hand on mine in an effort to calm me down, but only made it worse.

"Cody... Alli... what do we do?" I asked curiously.

"We wait until it dies down I guess. This is rediculous, we just met yesterday and this fame is going to ruin a perfect friendship!!!" Cody said getting angry.

"Cody, it's okay, I think Jess can understand," Alli said turning to me.

I nodded my head, "I knew this wasn't going to be the easiest thing in the world, but I think I can deal," I stated.

Cody got up and hugged me, "Thanks Jess," he said loud enough that only I could hear.

We all walked back into the kitchen and grabbed out everything we needed to make cake pops, which are one of my favorite things in the world. We mixed everything for the cake batter and added frosting, when it was mixed together we rolled the cake into balls and put them on a tray and into the oven, while they were baking we starting melting the chocolate to put on top. The oven went off and we took the tray out, we all took turns putting the sticks into the cake and drizzling chocolate on top of them.

When we were done we left them out to cool off and while we waited we played hide and go seek! Alli was counting first so Cody and I were hiding, I gave Cody a ten second head start and then ran up the stairs quietly, I ran into the room farthest down the hall, haha Alli won't find me if there's a bed to hide under. I walked into the room to see that it was very neat and clean, must be an extra room or something. My wish came true and there was a bed to hide under, I rolled under it and bumped into something, no someone. I flipped onto my other side to see Cody, I tried not to laugh, he smiled and put his finger over his mouth in an effort to keep me quiet, I smiled back and mocked him, putting my finger up to my mouth. He mouthed something that I couldn't figure out, so I gave him a confused look, he then mouthed the words that I couldn't make out again.

He moved his body closer to mine and whispered as quiet as possible "I'm pretty sure we're suppossed to be under the sheets, not under the bed." My jaw dropped and I kicked him in the shins, which earned a groan from Cody, I quickly shushed him. I pulled out my phone to see that I had three new messages.

1) mom: hi sweetie... turns out we won't be able to make it out there for an extra seven days... I hope you're okay for that long...

me: oh, okay, thanks for telling me mom!!! I met some really nice people and I think you'll like them too! love you mom. see you in eleven days!!!

2) dad: Jess, don't get into any trouble in these next eleven days!!! love you!!

me: love you too dad!!!

3) (ex bf): Hey, I just wanted to check up on you and make sure the gold coast is treating you good.

me: I'm doing good, thanks for askin blondie

When I looked up Cody was reading my messsages, I pulled my phone close to me and shook my head at him, but it wasn't regret I saw in his eyes, it was jealousy, but before I could ask him what was wrong someone grabbed my ankles and pulled me out from under the bed, Alli finally found me.
