Cody's Pov

I woke up to see Jessica in tears, she was smiling, but she was also crying, I remember the dream last night, we met her Nana, she was a lovely woman, Jess was smiling and laughing with her and it appeared to be like old times. I sat up and wrapped my arms around Jess, "Why are you crying?" I asked.

She looked at me and said "Y-You didn't have the dream about my N-Nana?" wow, her voice was shaky.

"No, I did have the dream, but there's no reason to cry, she's lovely," I said, but that only made her cry harder. We were still in my bed, so I laid down and had her lay down with her head on my chest, I felt tears landing on my chest as I stroked her hair gently. I wish that there was a way to understand how this could all fall into place, but there isn't and I don't know why or how it keeps happening, but some of these dreams are good, others are bad. I suddenly got a thought, "Jessica, what if we try and make the dreams come true, no, not the surfing one, or the one about your Nana because that can't happen, I'm sorry to say so, but I mean the singing ones." I said.

She nodded her head, "let's get to singing then!" she said.

We got dressed, ate and headed to the studio, I had some work to do today, so of course I had to record a bit first, but then I was all up for helping Jess. She got in the booth and I showed her some basic ways to improve, then she was singing, wow, it's beautiful.

"I'll be, your crying shoulder. I'll be, your love suidcie. I'll be, better when I'm older. I'll be the greatest time of your life." she sang the whole song, I'll be by Edwin McCain. It's almost unreal how well she can sing, I feel like I'll be out of a job pretty soon, I think she's worth it. She finished that and then got this weird look on her face, almost like she was nervous to ask me something..

She walked out of the booth and said, "Uhhmm C-Cody, can I try one of my own songs?"

I was stunned, wow, I never would've guessed that she wrote music too, "Yeah, go ahead!" I said with a smile growing on my face.

She got the headset back on as she walked back into the booth and then she just started singing,

When I first saw you I was scared, I didn't know what to do, so I just stared, that's when I knew, that you felt the same way too. You with your blond hair, aqua eyes, it was no big surprise, tht we would be perfect together, stay with me until sunrise, we could be forever ever ever ever.
