It's a rare thing to get a day off for Jiang yuelou. He's been working so hard and commissioner Bai decided to give him a day off so that he can rest.

Jiang yuelou had other plans than resting. He wanted to go on a picnic with chen yuzhi and spend time with him.

It's been three months since Jiang yuelou and chen yuzhi have started their relationship. Both loved each other so much. Jiang yuelou was very busy recently. They couldn't spend time with each other much. So he thought of going on a picnic with his lover.

It was 6.00 am in the morning. Jiang yuelou woke up and immediately went to the neighbor's house. Of course, that neighbor was chen yuzhi. He knocked the door, still wearing pajamas.

He knocked once, twice. But still no answer.

Maybe he's sleeping. Jiang yuelou thought.

He turned to go to his house, but suddenly he heard a door opening sound. Jiang yuelou looked at the door.

"Yuelou?" Chen yuzhi asked. He has just woken up and anyone can see the sleepiness on the doctor's face.

Jiang yuelou felt guilty for waking him up this early.

"Good morning yuzhi.." he said with a soft smile.

"Mm..good morning. What happened? You knocked my door early in the morning." Chen yuzhi asked looking at the person before him who's still wearing pajamas.

"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to wake you up. I just wanted to ask if you are free today?" Jiang yuelou asked looking at everywhere but chen yuzhi.

"Mm..well, I think I'm free today. There aren't many patients recently. So yeah. I'm free." Chen yuzhi was woken up fully now.

"Oh! then, do you want to...I mean do you want to go on a picnic with me today?" Jiang yuelou asked scratching the back of his neck.

Chen yuzhi blinked. He thought he's imagining things. It took him some time to respond.

"Oh, okay. I'd love to" chen yuzhi said blushing madly. It was the first time Jiang yuelou asked him to go on a picnic like this.

"Great! You be ready at 10.00 am. I'm planning to go to the lake side near the mountain. Hope you like it." Jiang yuelou said with a wide smile.

"Yeah, I love there." Chen yuzhi smiled.

"Okay then. Since we still have some time, you can sleep more. I disturbed you before." Jiang yuelou said and turned to go.

"Yuelou!" Chen yuzhi called.

"Yes, yuzhi?"

"Mm.. nothing" Chen yuzhi blushed. He just wanted to kiss yuelou. But he was too shy.

"Tell me. I know you have something on your mind" jiang yuelou said.

"Well, can you close your eyes please?" Chen yuzhi asked.

"Okay" jiang yuelou nodded and closed his eyes.

The doctor carefully reached his lover. Then, kissed him on the cheek which made Jiang yuelou Open his eyes. He was very surprised and couldn't help but smile widely looking at the doctor's face. Such an adorable sight to see in the morning. Chen yuzhi was blushing.

Jiang yuelou quickly pecked his lover which made chen yuzhi's blush deepen more.

"Adorable" Jiang yuelou whispered.
