The past school years have been quite hard for you to handle but it's still nice to see your old friends again. Except the fact that they weren't the only ones you saw again at the reunion.
Park Jimin, the schools popular guy. Every girl and probably even some guys had a crush on him and you had the glory of becoming his boy/girlfriend at least you thought so back then.
When you saw him again, you couldn't bare it and went outside to be alone for a moment. But, someone followed you outside. You turned around and looked at that person and it was the one who you didn't want to meet.
You were greeted by the same smile he had when he humiliated you in front of the whole school. "What do you want? " You asked obviously not happy with his presence around you.
"I'm sorry" Was all he said. "What? " "I'm sorry, Y/N. " Somehow hearing him made your blood boil. All the memories from back then flashed before your eyes. The pain, the humiliation, the anger, the sadness, just everything.
"Sorry? Do you really think that saying sorry now would make up for everything you did to me back then!? " "No, but I came here today to talk with you. Back then I didn't have the guts to do that because of my pride. "
"I know I broke your heart back then and made up some terrible things about you. I know that you probably won't be able to forgive me that easily but I will try my best to make it right if you would just give the chance. "
"Jimin.. What you did to me was horrible. You made me look like a cheater, a person who would do anything with anyone! You spread so many disgusting rumors about me for your own entertainment! Of course, I'm not just going to forgive you! I really was so naive back then and thought that you felt something for me but that's not the case anymore.. "
"I know, I know.. I was horrible to you and no amount of apology is going to make you forget it but please just one chance.. I just need one chance to show you how serious I am about this.. " You could really feel the sincerity in Jimin's voice
But you didn't want to go through all of that again. Still, thinking about what happened back then, when you spend time with him, you felt so happy and safe in his arms yet when you found out he was just playing around, it just crushed you. Not just your heart but also your soul.
While being lost in your thoughts, Jimin stepped closer to you and held both of your hands in his. This brought you back to reality. You wanted to take your hands back but he held them tight and looked deep into your eyes.
"Y/N, I know I hurt you and I know that I don't deserve another chance but I really really hope you will still give in because I really love you..." You were surprised by his sudden confession. It just left you speechless.
"I know, I just fooling around in past. I gave you hope, love and affection that was fake but this time, it's real. I made mistakes, I admit it. I really want to show you that I really did change over the last few years. If I still manage to fail you, you have my full permission to even kill me if you want. Please, Y/N. One last chance. "
He moved your hands and gave you a kiss on them. You still weren't sure about what to do. But you also somehow wanted to take this chance. You took a deep breath and spoke out your decision.
"Fine.. I will give you another and last chance. But if you dare to hurt me again, so help me God, I will kill you. " Jimin's eyes lit up with great joy then he pulled you closer to him and kissed you.
You were very surprised by his actions and didn't know what to do. The kiss ended as soon as it began. He let go and hugged you. "I promise, I will never hurt you again. " He said with a calming voice.
After that you two went back to the reunion and Jimin finally did what he couldn't do before. He cleared up all the rumors he spread before about you. You were very happy about what he did for you at the moment and actually showed a smile.
