I stared blankly at my new eomma trying to comprehend what she just told me as my mouth opens and closes. Young-do is sitting beside me with a look of annoyance and superiority on his face as he watches me closely.

"Who?" I ask her in horror as I try to remember everything. It's been a rough well.. two days since I died and ended up here after all. "You want me to marry someone? This Kim person? Just.. oh my god." Ending in English I ask with a screech. "You gotta be fucking kidding me."

Young-do chuckles lowly as my eomma begins to scold me. "Yes. You will marry Kim Tan."

"I'll marry nobody." I argue back harshly as I get to my feet and cross my arms over my chest. "And I'll make sure he knows that too."

"How?" She asks shortly as she stares at me. "He's in the states."

"Then I'll go and tell him that the engagement is over and then I'll talk to his father and then his brother and if have to I'll piss them all off to do it."

"But your future." She begins to argue sharply as I turn to leave.

I snap at her in annoyance, my back to her. I see Young-do standing there watching me curiously with intrigue and amusement on his face. "Will be up to me, not you, nor will it simply rely on a man. I won't marry someone for business. I won't marry someone for the sake of appearances or to appease someone else. I will marry for love and because I wish to, not because it benefits you or anyone else Eomma."

She calls for me as I walk out of the room in a hurry. It wasn't until I got outside when I realized that I have no idea how to get anywhere. Turning on the iPhone I put my headphone in my ear and select shuffle only for someone to pick up my other headphone and put it in their ear. When I tilt my head I see Choi Young-do beside me, his eyes remaining on me as Coming Down by five finger death punch comes on. He raises an eyebrow in surprise at the song.

"Is it just me are or the majority of music in your library American?" He asks me in confusion.

I shrug my shoulders and move to pull my headphone out of his ear but he grabs my wrist with a frown. Then he continues talking. "Do you even know how to get anywhere?"

Trying to yank my hand out of his grip he rolls his eyes before pulling me towards his bike. He lets go after we're in front of it, he picks up the helmet and hands it to me. "Why.."

"Because you have been confused for the last couple days and you don't seem to remember anything." He says flatly, rolling his eyes and holding back a groan of annoyance.

I pout and he smirks at me, his hand quickly snakes out to grab me as I turn away from him and he pulls me back towards him. His eyebrow is raised as he holds me in place, now completely serious. "You still haven't told me who hurt you."

My eyes glance around wildly before focusing back on him as I try to yank myself out of his grip again. "Let go of me."

"Aisha." He mutters under his breathe as his grip loosens, but not enough that I can get my wrist out of his hand. "Stop it before you hurt yourself. I'm just trying to protect you."

"I'll be fine." I argue back.

Young-do sighs and yanks me closer as his eyes narrow and he looks me over before replying in a low voice. "I don't think you will be so I'm going to protect you."

Gritting my teeth I try to yank my wrist away again and he lets go, reluctantly if the way he hesitated means anything. "Do you understand Rachel?"

I take a step back from him as I feel a shiver go down my spine at the way he's looking at me, his face hardens while watching me. The phone in my pocket vibrates again causing me to jump but I choose to ignore it completely, pretending no one has tried to call or message me.
