THE PAIR CONTINUED to hug each other for a little longer, enjoying each other's presence. Mal let her boyfriend go slowly, then stared at him with a reassuring smile on her face.

"It's going to be okay, Timmy. I'll save you, I'll do everything I can...!"

He shook his head sadly. "Don't. She's going to hurt you. That's how she did it in the first place, she promised she's going to hurt you."

"What, no! She's not going to hurt me, Timmy, I'll be fine." she assured, holding his soft face between her palms gently. He shook his head again, then hugged her tightly again.

"No, Mal, you don't know her... She can do whatever she wants, and nobody will question her about it. I have no choice. Please don't tell anyone."

He let out a small sob. "I love you..."

"I love you too, and I promise I'll get you out of there, just wait for me, okay?"

She continued to hug him while running her hand through his hair reassuringly.

"You're going to be fine."

To him, it seemed as if time had stopped, which made him realize that he wanted to stay like that forever. He forgot about Lily, for only a few seconds, before her voice brought him back to reality.

Lily was calling him.

"Oh, Timmy? Where are you?" she called out in a loud tone, making him jump a little in his place.

"She can't see you..."

He whispered, pushing her a little to make her leave.

"Please, baby, leave right now..."

She sighed and gave him one last hug, then hurried away, leaving Timothée to stand in the empty aisle, all alone.

"Who are you talking to?" Lily spoke firmly, furrowing her eyebrows in visible anger.

"N-No one."

She stepped closer towards him, and ran her hand through his hair, which made him gulp in fear. She let out a sarcastic laugh.

"You are so pathetic."

He flinched at the words. She smirked, wrapping her arms around him in an uncomfortable hug.

"I'm going to kill her."

"Please, Lily..."

He hugged her back in hesitation. "Please, don't hurt her. I'll do whatever you want."

She smirked, then took a fistful of his hair firmly, pulling it a little. He flinched again.

"I will make you watch me as I kill her, and I will feed you her flesh."

He let out a muffled sob at the threat just as she pushed him away. "Don't ruin your face. We get to ruin it later, and you know I love looking at those pretty, green eyes of yours."

She smirked again threateningly, then moved her fingers to motion him to follow her. He obeyed, looking at the direction where his girlfriend ran off to before one last time, his heart aching.

Saoirse finished loading their newly-brought groceries in the back of the car, then hurried towards the driver's seat and opened the door, sitting in her place. She then pressed on the familiar button to lock all the doors.

She turned to her friend, and noticed the tears streaming down her face. Reaching over to hug her, she muttered reassuring phrases into her ear while asking about what happened earlier.

Mal hugged her back and continued to sob, then eventually muttered her agonizing story. Saoirse listened intently, hugging her again.

"Don't worry, Mal, we'll save him..."

"No... We can't. He told me not to. I saw her threatening him, Saoirse! No one except us would've known what was going on because of the way she acts. She's a literal dragonfruit." Mal paused for a minute, trying to catch her breath while talking, "She's pretty on the outside, but she's a terrible, horrible person on the inside. She's abusing him and threatening him to hurt me if he doesn't cooperate."

"And I won't let her get away with that."
