Temari and Kankuro had recently arrived in Konoha as a messengers for the Kazekage. But the most exciting aspect of this trip was the fact that she would see Shikamaru. They walked into the Hokage's building and went straight to Kakashi's office. "Your task is to let the mizukage know that Gaara is now the Kazekage" Kakashi instructed. "I expect you back here in a week" he continued. "I'm sorry to question you Lord Hokage, but isn't a week a little long for a mission of this caliber" Temari asked. Lord Gaara made me aware of how hard you two have been working and Shikamaru you have been continuously worked to the bone. I think the rest period is way over due" he said.

"No arguments here" Kankuro said turning towards the door. "I've heard that the land hidden in the mist has no hot springs, the people bath in the mist" Kankuro added. "Let's get a move on, the trip will take a day after all" Shikamaru said grasping Temari's hand within his own. They walked the whole way with no stop so they would be ahead of schedule.

When they arrived, they were meet by a hidden mist Shinobi, "you must be the Messengers from Konoha and Suna. Please follow me" he said leading us through the town till we reached the Mizukage's office. "Welcome to the village hidden in the mist" she said as he stood up. "I understand you have news for me" she said as she took her seat again.

"That is correct lady Mizukage" Temari said as Shikamaru handed her the scroll. "please call me Mei, lady Mizukage makes me sound old" Mei said as she broke the seal. "Oh so they have chosen a 5th Kazekage have they, Gaara. If i remember right Gaara is your brother, right Temari and Kankuro" Mei said laying the scroll  down on her desk. "Yes that is correct" the 2 sand siblings said in unison causing them to look And smile at each other.

"Oh okay, well you all should be on your way. I was told you would be staying here for a total of 6 days, is this correct" she inquired. "Yes, that is correct" Shikamaru answered. "Here are the rooms you will be saying in" she said handing Temari a slip of paper.

They dropped their stuff at the room and Temari and Shikamaru hit the town. "After Kankuro hits the hay we should go to the mist bath that I rented together" he said. "Won't that be a drag for you though" Temari said in response. "Not when I am with you" he said slyly.

They didn't even wait for Kankuro to pass out before they let him know they were going to the mist bath. Shikamaru got in the bath first and Temari came in two minutes later. "You are pretty sexy for a troublesome woman" Shikamaru said as he brought Temari down on his lap.

"Let's just say there is a good chance that your sister might bear my child" Shikamaru said, pouring a glass of water. "You didn't" Kankuro asked threateningly. "I did, I fucked Temari so well she fell asleep" Shikamaru boasted. "You're lucky I'm nicer then Gaara, he would have killed you on the spot. He is a lot more ruthless then  me" Kankuro said. "What's going on" Temari said sitting up and rubbing her eyes. "All I'm gonna do is rough you up a little" Kankuro said as he launched himself at Shikamaru. "Kankuro no" Temari yelled.

7 days later

"How did the trip go" Kakashi asked the boys. Shikamaru was holding an ice pack to his bruised eye, while Kankuro had a broken nose. "It went well except for when Kankuro trying to fight me after he found out me and Temari had sex" Shikamaru said. "Or when Temari thought the appropriate way to break up said fight was to blow us away from each other was with her fan" Kankuro added. "I had fun on the trip" Temari said, not a scratch on her.
