"It was the afternoon of every student's first day of school at Jade mountain technically. My school day is this: History, then Health, and then it was lunch. Now it is art and I don't like it one bit!" Chameleon monologues to himself bitterly.

"Why do I have to be here, Spirit?" asks Chameleon

"Multiple reasons, one, you want good grades and attending this class is a way to get that. Two, art is fun because, from what I can tell, this class is for fun!" replies Spirit happily

"No it isn't, art is a waste of time!" snaps Chameleon

"Calm down dragonet!" Spirit says,"Look you can use this time to draw, mold clay, or paint. You can use it as a gift for someone. From it being a friendly gift, one to a family member, and hey maybe even in a romantic way." Spirit says in a very suggestive tone.

"Three moons, you're wonderful at not being obvious aren't you." Chameleon says sarcastically

"'Thank you for trying!" replied Spirit smugly

"This conversation can go on and on so I'm just stopping it now." Chameleon says.

Chameleon was thinking about what to do then an idea flew into his head. He grabbed some paint, a paintbrush, and a jar of ink. Then I started working. When he finishes it's near the end of class.

Spirit saw what it is he exclaims, "Wow you suck!" Getting a glare out of Chameleon, "But, nonetheless it's a good idea."

"Thanks." replies Chameleon, rolling his eyes.

"Wow, you didn't even get mad at me for saying you're bad at art." Spirit says shocked

"That's because I know it's true Spirit." replies Chameleon in a no duh voice

"Soooooo, are you going to give that to Shadowhunter?" asks Spirit curiously

"Yes, I'll give it to him after this class is over." replies Chameleon

"Are you alright?" asks Cloudy, the skywing from last night, which ends up spooking Chameleon

"Um..... yes, why?" asks Chameleon wondering why.

"Because you're talking to yourself bird brain." Cloudy replies, rolling her eyes.

"Um... Imaginary friend?" Chameleon says worried that his secret would be figured out

"Oh, ok?" Cloudy replies, confused that someone that old would have an imaginary friend, walking away

"Is that what I am now an imaginary friend?" snaps Spirit

"Spirit no! I was just covering up for us talking, I meant no offense." replies Chameleon

"Well it sure sounded like you were trying to offend me!" Spirit says angrily

"Look I'm sorry ok, is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" asks Chameleon

"Give that picture to Shadowhunter." he says smugly

"You were just acting weren't you?" Chameleon says accusatory

"Yes!" Spirit says smugly

"Class is dismissed" says Banana, the teacher.

Chameleon left to go find Shadowhunter after a bit he found him talking to Truthfinder.

"Hi Shadowhunter" says Chameleon

"Hi Chameleon!" replies Shadowhunter and Truthfinder.

"Um... I have a gift for you Shadowhunter. I'm sorry for the low quality" Chameleon says, giving it to him.

"Ahhhh, thanks, but, what is it?" asks Shadowhunter, tilting his head.

"Shadowhunter, remember it's the thought that counts when giving a gift. That's what my aunt Sunny says to aunt Tsunami whenever a younger me gives aunt Tsunami a gift." Truthfinder says before Chameleon could respond.

"Ok ignoring Truth Finder's comment. The picture is of you and me flying in the sunset." replies Chameleon cautiously not wanting to get Shadowhunter mad again.

"Oh, so the black, orange, and dark blue blob is me and the red, orange, and grey one is you." replies Shadowhunter trying to sound observant

"I don't see it." says Truthfinder trying to get that out of the picture.

"Neither do I." Shadowhunter whispers loudly enough so that Chameleon could hear it.

"Three moons, you guys are terrible at giving constructive criticism." Chameleon chuckles

"Your big words don't frighten me for my parents have already told me these words!" Truthfinder says defiantly

"Against your will?" asks Chameleon

"Ya" answers Truthfinder simply

"Chameleon you can't be mad at us you agree yourself that you're terrible at art." Shadowhunter says

"Hey! Yeah you're right Shadowhunter!" Truthfinder agrees

"Fine you two win! I yield!" Chameleon says jokingly,"So should we do something?"

"I'm sorry but I can't come my parents made me help them at the library." says Truthfinder apologetically, "I totally would come if it wasn't mandatory. So bye guys!"

"Bye Truthfinder!" replies Shadowhunter

"See ya" Chameleon says as Truthfinder walks away

"I have an idea on what we should do!" says Shadowhunter

"What?" asks Chameleon

"Want to go to the underground lake?" asks Shadowhunter

"Um.. sure I don't see why not." says Chameleon

"Yay! Ok, let's go!" Shadowhunter says taking Chameleons talons and running down the hall while still holding Chameleons talons. They end up going past Dragon Fruit who gave them a friendly wave as they ran by.
