"Eh- Are you Three always this boring..? Usually I mean-" Malfoy added breaking the awkward silence with his mean comment.

"we are not boring! and will not take any insults from you." harry said shoving him angrily.

"Who do you think you're shoving? Twat." Draco sneered, as he elbowed Harry back.

Harry glared at him, as he crossed his arms.

"Can you two please stop, Ron is trying to take a nap, he's tired." Hermione stated, trying to stop the fight.

"Granger, I don't care about your bloody boyfriend, I just want your git of a friend here to stop shoving me!" Draco said glancing at Harry.

Hermione blushed furiously,

"I'm not a git." harry replied, and sat gloomily against the window sill.

Ron pretended to be asleep on Hermione's shoulder, he didn't want to deal with that kind of nonsense in his life, last thing he needed, really.

"Malfoy, look I know we're not the best of mates, but We would like to be friends." Hermione began.

"No such thing will ever happen." draco said scoffing and crossing his arms.

"I wouldn't want to be friends with you either." Harry said with a kind of a chuckle.

Hermione laughed aswell, it was unintended, but Ron snorted too.

"You weren't asleep?" hermione asked giggling her heart out.

"What can I say? Laughter is contagious, don't blame me." Ron replied, unable to contain his laughter.

A small smile errupted onto Draco's face, but he tried his best to hide it.

He clutched his trunk, and tightened his grip on the handle.

Harry started laughing, and astonishingly he had the most angelic laugh draco had ever heard,

Wait what?

Draco shook his head.

The thought itself, caused Draco to blush and scoff.

Draco sat through half the train ride, listening to the trio having conversations about possibly anything, somehow even about the weather.

Suddenly the door slid open again, and this time, it was Luna.

"Hey Luna, what happened? You're not at your compartment?" Harry asked with a smile.

"Oh, Cho said she wanted to sit with someone else so she said I could go look for an other compartment" luna replied blankly.

"Luna, that's terrible." Hermione said in pity.

"Cho did what?" Harry asked

Draco scoffed with a chuckle.

"You heard loony, she kicked lovegood out, that's one rude girlfriend you have potter." He replied with a cackle.

He earned a glare from harry in reply.

"Nevermind that now, sit down next to me luna." harry offered.

"Merlin no, I'm not sitting next to her."

"Fine, Luna sit the other way next to me, ill sit in the middle." Harry replied with a slight grin.
