Shit.

I immediately got up and began to panic. School starts at 8:30, it's 8:25 right now.

Ugh..
Why does this always happen.

I got up from my bed, got dressed, brushed my hair and brushed my teeth. I didn't even bother eating breakfast, I don't want to be late again.

I grabbed my hat and ran out the door. I ran as fast as I could to the school. I can't be late again, I can't get in trouble.

I was just about to open the doors when

"Hey, Shuichi!"

As I got up from the floor, my face turned red from embarrassment

"Oh..hey.."

Kaede and I have been friends  since the first grade. Everyone likes her, she's the straight A student, she's really positive and caring... I really like her, her beautiful purple eyes and her smile..

"Hey, you okay?" She said waving her hand in my face

"Huh? Oh- yeah I'm okay.."

"Great! Now you need to get to class! C'mon!" She said grabbing my arm

I walked into class and everybody just stared. I pulled my hat down in embarrassment.

"You are late, Saihara." My teacher said giving me a cold stare. Im usually late, which Is why she's so mad.

"S-sorry.." I said walking to my desk and getting my books out of my bag.

Kaitos POV

Finally! School is over! I can't wait to get home

Maki-roll is probably mad at me for asking to copy her homework again. But she will forgive me!...

3rd person pov

Kaito walked into his house an immediately jumped on his bed. He's always hated school. He hasn't had motivation to do anything, which is why he never has his homework done. It was hard pretending to be happy, it was hard doing anything. He couldn't take it anymore.

Kaito wondered what the strange buzzing sound was. He looked around his room and when he got near his backpack-

Kaito turned his phone on and saw that Shuichi was texting him! But kaito didn't open the text yet. He was thinking about what Shuichi could be texting about...
