Grace stood in the kitchen and smiled as fletch walked in. He walked over to here and smiled as he wrapped his arms around her waist and kissed her neck as she looked to him and smiled

"why are you up so early, you left me in bed" he said as she smiled

"I wanted to let you sleep. You are going to need your energy for what I am about to suggest and I made pancakes" grace said as he looked to her and frowned as he raised an eyebrow at her and smirked

"you are softening me up for something what is it" he asked as grace smiled

"I went to see the doctor, you know just a check up and all after the miscarriage and he said there's a good chance it could happen again but i do want us to try. I want to try for another baby but only if you want to as well I mean it's up to both of us" grace said as fletch walked over to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"are you sure. Are you sure that you are ready" he asked as she looked to him and nodded

"I'm sure I want to. I lost our baby and it was hard but I do want us to have a baby no matter the risk" grace said as fletch nodded "okay then let's do it. Let's try for a baby"

Grace stood on the ward as she got to work. She sighed as she handed over a patient file and grabbed another, she knew it was going to be one of the days. She read throughout the file and looked up only to look a second chance as she saw guy and frowned.

She was shocked to see her father. She knew that he was the last person that she expected to see. She didn't even know he was in the country

"dad, what are you doing here" grace asked as he walked over to him and hugged him as guy hugged her back and smiled

"I'm in for a surgery don't worry it's not permanent" he said as grace looked to him and frowned

"dad"

"don't worry gracie I am sober and I am fine. You don't need to worry over me. I am good" he said as grace looked to him and smiled "yeah. You mean it" she asked as he nodded

"four months sober, I'm fine. I just wanted to see you and how you are, are you still with him"

"I'm still with him and I am happy and I'd be happier if you were happy for me" grace said as guy smiled

"I'll try I promise your just my little girl that's all" guy said as grace looked to him and smiled

Grace stood outside of the hospital and sighed as she stood looking at her phone, she was texting fletch who was meant to be meeting her. Grace went to walk off as she was grabbed.

Grace tried to fight whoever it was as she was pushed to the ground and kicked in the ribs.

Grace tried to protect her head ad they continued to attack her, grace had no idea who it was or why they were doing it as she felt herself start to pass out. But who attacked and grace and why?
