My Eyes
Do you see what I see?
The lies floating around
The smirks they have on their faces
That's all they know how to ace
The glares hidden from sight
And the fake smiles so bright
Are you sure you're seeing it right?
Faded
You see my soul
All strong and bold
Capable of everything
Never even cold
But do you see the scars
The wounds I have
Suffering every second
My pain will last
You will never see the injustice
I have suffered
By the time you notice
I'll be faded already
On My Knees
I've been there all my life
Pleading for justice
Pleading for signs
But I've been ignored
From the start of time
I've been treated unfairly
Treated like a dime

PoesíaThis is a book of short poems that I occasionally write. They don't really have a specific type, just random emotions that I feel are portrayed here.
