"Alright.....here's what's in motion....." I looked at my mom. Both her and my aunt Laurie took sheets of papers out their folders.....every couple weeks close to the block parties, keep each other updated.
"Sid baby, I'm so happy you're doing a birthday party and I know you don't want anything big. So.....there's a house on Honey Lane....you can have up to 150 guests." Laurie took the picture out. We leaned in close to Sid to look at the beautiful house.

I'm really happy that she's throwing a party. Ever since Uncle James and aunty Linda died......her and Yas changed a lil and I can understand. I'd be devastated if something happened to my mom. They didn't wanna do nothing fun anymore, didn't wanna do things that we always had fun doing growing up.
It was always just us. Me, Ant, Yas and Sid.....later on Joshua came in. Before my aunt and uncle died, we were everywhere in Savannah together.....but when Kwamy died.....it just changed even more. We're still tight, but the growing number of deaths in our family, still sits heavy on us.
Especially Sid, she was the oldest living sibling now. She was doing what Kwamy did for her and Yas. Sid took major responsibility in raising Peanut and she tries, so hard.....that she sometimes forget about herself.
She needs this party, be able to just....relax and think about herself and her new relationship with Orion.
"The owner asks that he have a copy of the guest list. He's worried that anything would backfire, especially with these missing women...." Mom said.
