"I got everything I need. I'm gonna head out."
"Okay honey, have a good day."
"You too."
I kissed my mother goodbye, grabbed my car keys, and headed out the door.
Once in the car, I actually checked if I had everything, just to be safe. While doing so, my phoned chimed, informing that I had a text.
Text message:
HAPPY BDAAAAY (>_<) DONT GROW UP TOO FAST!!!!!

I smiled and replied with a 'thank you' and a 'I'm driving'. Inserting my car keys, I started the car and headed towards school.

Parking into the parking lot, thoughts were going through my mind about the day. Today, in fact, is my bday and I was going to see my favorite band, Black Veil Brides in a concert. Shivers of thrill went down my spine as I got out of my car.
Right on cue, came my bestie singing the bday song to me. After she/he was finished, I smiled and pulled her/him into a big hug.
"Aww thank you so much for singing to me B/F/N."
"Pleasure is mine Princess Y/N."
I giggled and playfully hit her/him on the shoulder, which resulted a giggle back.
"Cmon, lets go to homeroom," she/he suggested and I agreed.
Walking down the halls, I was thinking of the drama that was about to start. My homeroom teacher and I always have this "friendly" dispute with each other about our favorite bands. She/He would always say that One Direction was better than Black Veil Brides, and clearly we both know who's better, even though she/he is just so stubborn to admit so.
Once we made it to homeroom, I saw Ms/Mr T/N staring at me with a fake smile, which I returned. When I got over to my seat and started putting my stuff down, she/he made her/his way over to me.
"I heard it was your birthday. Congratulations on getting older and getting more grey hairs," she/he said while picking up a lock of my hair.
"Thank you and instead pf you getting me a present, I got you one."
I handed her/him a tic tac packet and walked over to my bestie.
"First off, good one", she/he said smirking, "Second, look what's on the board."
My eyes traveled towards it and saw that it read "NEW STUDENT! BE WELCOME!!!"
I just nodded and became curious of who the new student was. At that moment, the bell had rang, signalling students to get to class. B/F/N and I sat down while students began to fill the room.
Once everybody was in, there was five empty seats left, and the bell had already rung a second time.
Ms/Mr T/N went up in front to say a few announcements, including my birthday, which got the birthday song again coming from everyones mouths.
Suddenly, the door to the classroom opened, and in came five familiar people.
"Sorry we are late, we just got lost", Andy fucking Biersack had explained.
I thought I was going to have a fangirl moment right then and there. The teacher had pointed to an empty seat next to me. Ashley fucking Purdy made his way to that seat and sat down in it. I thought I was going to faint. I heard B/F/N snicker beside me, noticing my condition.
"Y/n," Ms/Mr T/n called to me, "I forgot to give you your present."
A smirk made it's way on his/her face, and I went pale.
