Chapter 3: Our first pet

The next day
(Ruby's POV)
I wanted to do something special for Keira. "hmmmm chocolates? No, too cliche! maybe something they wouldn't expect .... A PET THAT'S IT!!!! hmmm what should it be she doesn't like fish or rabbits and Jc would die If they had a cat cause he's allergic.... A DOG!!!" I hauled ass to the pet store I saw the most adorable black pit bull puppy! I bought it trying to think of a black dog name "hmmm panther? no, no. ummm twilight? ew no never mind I hate that movie thanks for ruining it Edward!!! LIGHTBULB I'LL NAME IT MIDNIGHT, PERFECT!!!!!" I put the petal to the metal and got to their place in five minutes also getting pulled over twice. I gave it to them the look of surprise and Awe on their faces was priceless!!
(Keira's POV)
Ruby had just handed me the most adorbs puppy ever and said her name was midnight. Jc looked at me as I hugged and thanked Ruby. We took her upstairs to start training her.
2 hours later
After all that training we had finally taught midnight how to sit, stay, come, and potty trained her in 2 hours. I'm exhausted! Jc and I drove to my place and I guided him to my guest room, so I slept in my room while he slept in my guest room. Later that night I couldn't sleep so I walked across the hall into my guest bedroom where Jc was sleeping. I crawled into the bed carefully meaning that Jc was already asleep, I then slipped under the covers causing Jc to wake up and say in a raspy voice "Babe what's wrong?" I just said "I can't sleep." He wrapped his arm around my waist and I placed my head on his chest and fell asleep to the beat of his heart.
It was calming to hear a steady beat if the one I love.
I woke up to Jc's lovely voice saying "Babe it's time to get up." I opened my eyes slightly "Ok I will be up in a minute." I got up and got dressed, walked down stairs, and got mauled by mine and Jc's dog. I played with her then walked over to Jc and kissed him and he kissed me back. He handed me a plate of pancakes and said "Chocolate chips your favorite." I smiled at him sweetly and quietly said "Thank you." I eat rather fast so I can shower and change into some gym clothes, because I go to the gym everyday to keep a good shape. It was such a good day out side.... wait a sec "LIGHTBULB!!! JC PUT ON GYM CLOTHES AND PUT THE DOG ON A LEASH WE'RE GOING FOR A WALK AND I'M INVITING RUBY!!!!!" "OKAY!!!!" Jc yelled back to me from downstairs. After I got dressed, Jc got dressed and put the dog on the leash I called Ruby and invited her. She arrived 3 minutes to my house and we went running threw the park. "Jc why don't we all go to this place that allows dogs inside?" I clearly stated to break the silence. "Yeah ok babe." He responded.
(Ruby's POV)
I watched as they walked inside the building "BRO NOT COOL!! yay my best friend abandoned me... great." I was walking when I noticed a place called bath &body works. I went inside. "I do need new hair stuff... eh screw. It why not!?" I walked in and got bath stuff for all of us including deodorant, shampoo/conditioner, hand sanitizer, hand soap, and perfume /cologne.
