Delphini Jackson, Twin of Percy Jackson (On Temporary Hiatus!!)

Chapter 7

Annabeth's POV

I saw Percy walk to his cabin without saying anything. He had come out of his cabin crying earlier. He kept looking for a girl. Was Percy cheating on me?

No. He fell into Tartarus for me. His fatal flaw is loyalty for Hades sake. But a small voice kept nagging me.

What if Percy really is cheating on you? It asked

I decided to go into his cabin to find out the truth. I walked to the divine cabins area. I found Percy's cabin peeked in through the window. I saw Percy and and black-haired girl hugging each other. Then, Percy kissed her.

No! It can't be! Percy really was cheating on me!

But the sadness quickly faded and I became angry. How dare he cheat on me!

I stormed into his cabin and slapped him.

"Ow! Wise Girl! What was that for?" he asked.

"How dare you call me Wise Girl after what you did," I screamed at him, "I saw everything. Go rot in Tartarus!"

The girl that hugged Percy came up to me angrily, "Don't say anything bad about Percy! He didn't do anything wrong!"

"Nothing wrong? Are you stupid? You call what he did nothing wrong?" I yelled at her.

I lost it. I got my knife out and lunged at her. But with amazing speed, she drew twin daggers from her boots and blocked my attack. She then used a disarming technique that I had never seen before. My blade fell out of my grasp. I couldn't believe it. She had beaten me in a few seconds. No one had been able to do that until now.

She glared at me. I flinched. Her glare was scarier than mine. 

"Why did you slap my brother?" she demanded.

Her brother? I looked at them  closely at was shocked at their resemblance. They looked identical. The girl looked like a female Percy. They had the same complexion, same eye colour, same nose, same mouth, etc. I cursed myself for not realizing it sooner

"I saw you two hugging from the window. I thought Percy was cheating on me," I said, "I was too angry to think rationally"

"Wise Girl! I would never cheat on you!" Percy said, kissing me. 

"I'm sorry too," I apologized.

Percy and I were about to kiss but was interrupted by Percy's sister.

"Earth to Percabeth! Hello? Guys! I'm still here!"

Our faces turned red as a tomato. Desperate to change the topic, I asked,

"What's your name? I didn't get an introduction."

"Well, my name is Delphini Jackson and I'm Percy's twin. My dad kept me hidden from the rest of the world. I've lived my entire life under the sea. Also, I'm the mystery girl who took the weight of the sky for you on Mount Tam."

I remembered when I was almost about to die from the weight of the sky. A mysterious girl had taken the weight for me until Artemis arrived. She had saved my life that day. I felt guilty that I had forgotten about her until now. 

"I'm sorry I never got to thank you for saving my life," I told her, "Thank you so much."

She shrugged, "It wasn't a big deal. I did to make my baby brother happy"

"Wait, I'm the oldest!" Percy butted in.

"Nope!" Delphini replied, "I'm 12 minutes older than you"

"But that's not fair!" Percy protested.

"Life ain't fair, buddy" she said.

Suddenly, I had a great idea, "Guys, do you want to play truth or dare?"

"Sure! Triton never plays with me" Delphini replied, her face full of excitement.

"What about we ask the Seven if they want to play too?" Percy suggested.

"Lets go and ask them!" I said, getting up.

A/N: I wanted to end it here but because the last chapter was so short, I decided to write a bit more.

 It was after curfew, I had made plans withLeo, Calypso, Jason, Piper, Frank, Hazel, Nico, and Reyna to meet up at Bunker 9. After a few minutes, everybody was here and we could start the game.

"Who's the new girl?" Leo asked.

Delphini introduced herself, "Hi! My name is Delphini Jackson and I'm Percy's twin sister."

The room was filled with mixed reactions.

"Percy! Why didn't you tell us that you had a twin sister?" Jason asked

"I didn't even know she existed until today. My dad kept her a secret from the rest of the world," Percy replied.

"Didn't it ever get lonely for you?" Piper inquired

"Yes, it is a bit lonely under the sea, but I had a lot friends." Delphini answered

After a few minutes of non-stop questions, we started the game. Frank went first.

"Leo, truth of dare?"

"Dare," Leo said confidently.

"I dare you to light yourself on fire and sing 'Fire' by BTS"

Everyone covered their ears the moment they heard Leo's horribly off-key singing. Piper had to charmspeak Leo to stop his singing. 

"My turn! My turn!" Leo said, jumping up and down from excitement, "Percy! Truth or dare?"

"Truth!" Percy answered confidently

"When was the first time Annabeth kissed you?" Leo asked.

"In Mount Saint Helens, right before I blew it up" Percy said.

I remembered it very clearly. I wanted to punch him but I had kissed him instead. I smiled at the memory. 

"Okay, my turn." Percy said, "Jason, truth or dare?"

"Dare"

"I dare you to eat a stapler"

Everybody laughed at the dare.

"Come on!" Jason protested

"Fine," Percy relented, "I dare you to fly around camp and yell, 'I'm superman'. "

Jason went outside and after a few minutes, we faintly heard Jason yelling, ' I'm superman!'. After a few minutes, Jason walked back in and he did not look happy. 

"Why do you look so mad?" Piper asked

"My stunt woke up the entire camp and Chiron gave me kitchen duty for the rest of the week."

We played for hours. While doing it, we did alot of evil dares on each other and made them spill embarrassing secrets. By the time we were done, it was past midnight. After a quick snack of instant noodles and fonzies, we each went back to our cabins.
