I Can't Believe You

Hongjooong stormed into the kids' school and headed straight to the office. Once he got there, he marched up to his usually well-behaved dongsaeng. 

"Park Yunho, smoking pot! Are you kidding me! Where did you even get pot, let alone money to buy pot? I can't believe you. You are in a world of trouble, mister." Hongjoong scolded with his hands on his hips.

Yunho just looks at his feet, too ashamed to look at his hyung.

"Mr. Park, I'm Principle Jeong. Why don't you and Yunho come into my office, and we can talk."

"Alright," Hongjoong and Yunho enter the principles office. Hongjoong almost gives Yunho a smack to his backside as he passes by him, but he refrains because they are in public.

"Have a seat. As you know, you were called down here because Yunho was caught skippings class and smoking pot out by the bleachers. I am afraid I have to expel Yunho for 2 weeks."

"What! 2 weeks? It's not like I got in a fight!"

"Park Yunho, zip it."

"No, you didn't get in a fight. However, smoking pot is illegal. I will have his teachers send his assignments home. I'm sorry it has to be this way. I know you are a good kid, Yunho. I hope we never meet like this again."

"Don't worry, Principle Jeong, he won't be getting into any more trouble at school. Right Park Yunho?"

"Yes, sir."

"You are free to go. Like I said, his teachers will be sending his assignments home."

"Thank you, I am so sorry for my donsaengs behavior. It will be dealt with." Hongjoong says, bowing to the principle. Looking over at Yunho, he gives him a nudge, "Yunho!"

"I'm very sorry, sir. It won't happen again."

"It's alright. Just make sure you keep that promise."

The drive home was in silence. Every time Yunho tried to speak up, Hongjoong told him to zip it and that they would talk when they got home. As soon as they walked in the door, they were met by Seonghwa.

"Park, Yunho! Why on earth would you do something like this! I would think you would stay away from drugs after everything mom and dad put this family through!"

"Exactly! Mom and dad aren't here! They left us! They chose drugs over us! I just wanted to know what was so fucking great about drugs that would make our own parents choose them over us!" Yunho shouts then races upstairs to his room and slams the door.

Hongjoong and Seonghwa stared at each other. They were conflicted. On one hand Yunho skipped class to smoke pot and swore, on the other hand he was clearly still struggling with what their parents did.

"I know he needs to be punished. We can't let him go down the same path as mom and dad, but he's struggling. I think we need to talk to him before we get into any type of consequences for his actions." Seonghwa says breaking the silence.

"I agree. Do you think we should talk to Yeosang too? He is probably struggling too and I would rather talk to him about it now before he derails. You know he tends to keep to himself."

"I think it might be a good idea to talk to him about it too. It doesn't mean that he won't stuggle with it. It will always hurt."

"Yeah. Alright I think we should go talk to Yunho."

"Yeah." The two hyung's walk upstairs and knock on Yunho's bedroom door. When they don't get a reply they open the door to find Yunho on his bed crying.

"Hey buddy, can you sit up for us. Let's talk." Seonghwa says taking a seat next to him on the bed. Once he sits up Hongjoong takes a seat on the other side of him."
