Squid game (saebyeok x OC)

Kazuya POV

When I woke up sae wasn't there. I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and sent her a text.

Me: Where are you?

I threw my phone back on the nightstand and went to take a shower, I wore red jeans and a black hoodie. 

I grabbed my phone and saw no reply so I went out to the living room and saw haruto there siting on the floor and papers surrounding him. "What are you doing?"

"Ah good morning kazuya, I'm researching as promised and I have a few theories"

I hummed, "have you eaten anything yet?" 

He shook his head sideways, I let out a sigh. "Well too bad I don't know how to cook"

I smiled and sat beside him to look through the papers most of them had my families logo on it.

"Okay, theory one: if you lose the game you wont actually die considering the fact that it is your fathers friend behind all of this. 

theory two: there could be more than one winner if you somehow twist the rules to your benefit.

theory three: If there is a game where you'll have to fight your way out of it, you could try maybe not fighting back?

But keep in mind that all these theories apply only when we consider that they want you alive and not dead, so really its a 50/50 chance of survival" 

I nodded my head, "I mean the most reasonable one and easiest is the first one. If I die will you miss me?" I said pouting my lips to annoy him, he smacked a stack of paper on my face  I hissed and rubbed my nose that bitch. I kicked his stomach and stood away from him, "I swear if my nose bleeds I'm gonna beat you up"

I felt a buzz in my jeans pocket and saw a text from sae a smile instantly appeared on my face.

Hot girl: out.

Me: Okay I'm coming to you because I'm bored.

Hot girl: I'm having a special moment with my brother right now so no. 

Without a second thought I called her, "Hello?"

"Hey, by any chance is your brother beside you"

"Yes?"

"Okay cool, can you put me on speaker, I want to talk to him"

"Fine, but don't say anything stupid"

"HI SaEbyeoks brother, I'm your sisters girlfriend. Did she by any chance talk about me?" I heard sae coughing, I held back my laughter as best as I could. 

"No she hasn't " I heard a kids voice, my heart softened her brother is younger than her.

"That means you don't know about the cool stuff that I can do"

"What kind of things"

"Superhero like, so don't you worry I promise you that I'll keep saebyeok safe" 

I heard him giggle, "Does that mean you'll live with us in a huge house" 

"Yes definitely" I heard sae protesting in the background, "sae baby I'll see you soon take care for now bye bye"

With that I closed the phone call and went outside a huge grin not leaving my face, I rode my bike to a Japanese restaurant near by. 

After eating I left, when I got to my bike in my helmet there was a card in there it had a circle, triangle and a square on it. At the back where some timing and my address, any color that was left on my face was drained haruto.

I got on quickly and drove as fast as I could, when I got there I got off the motor and it fell on the ground with the engine still on I ran into the house while removing the helmet and when I did I threw it somewhere. I ran to his room and there he was laying down and reading his book, "thank god I thought they would come again"

He raised an eyebrow, I showed him the card and said "Looks like the games are gonna begin again" 

I sat on his bed and took out my phone its eight o'clock I had four hours, "I gotta make a call wait for a bit"

He wiggled his eyebrows and looked at me with that look that I hate, I just glared at him and went to my room then dialed sae's number.

"hey" I started off by saying. She replied "Hi"

"Wha-

"Ar-

We both talked at the same time I laughed and said you go first, "What was that with my brother"

"what was what"

"you know the thing you said"

"what thing?"

"you know the part where you introduced you self"

"huh?" At this point I was just waiting for her to explode. And she did, "YOUKNow ThePart whERe you SAID YouReMy GIrLFrIEnd"

"Ah that, well I didn't lie you are my girlfriend in my world"

The line was silent and I chuckled a bit, "don't overthink it sae"

"Are you going back?" I asked when she didn't say anything else.

"yeah, I need the money" I laid on my bed and placed an arm over my eyes. "Then I'm going too"

"At least now there is one good thing about going there" I heard her chuckle.

"Do you think I could sneak in some cigarettes?"

"Maybe you could, I'm trying something myself"

"Oh tell me"

"I won't breath in the gas so I could sneak in my knife"

"That's clever, okay I have to go see you there"

"bye zuya" she said and closed there it was that nickname again.

I went to haruto's room with a smile on my face which led to be the biggest mistake of my life. 

"Kazuya you can't go soft on me right now," my smile fell from my face as soon as I heard his voice.

"I'm going to the game, hopefully nothing bad happens. But if you need anything here," I gave him a small rectangular device that had a screen on it. I showed him another one similar to it, "its like a phone but this one is easier to sneak in so if you need anything just type on it ok?"

"okay, kazuya myoga I need you to promise me that you'll be careful." He said while holding out his pinky for me, I looked down at it and locked it with my own pinky and sealed it with my thumb. 

A/N: I have a physics exam tomorrow hopefully I'll do well 😭😭
