Three weeks go by so fast when you're happy. I've spent so much time at Joonie's place with the guys that half of my clothes are already there. They have all been very patient with the fact that I want to keep everything private for now, especially Jimin. He's doing his best but I know he wants to be able to take me places and do things alone.
He's holding my hand as we walk into a very simple-looking boutique. Elise is with us because we're getting our dresses for the industry banquet. When we enter the boutique, simple isn't the word I would use. It has some of the most beautiful clothes I have ever seen. I freeze with my mouth wide open.
"I take it you like what you see?" a voice says...
I turn and see a man with eyes almost as beautiful as Namjoon smiling at me.
"Hello, welcome to Taehyung's House. I'm Kim Taehyung."
I look at Jimin who is smiling. He goes in for a hug as he says, "Why so formal? We're brothers. This is our soulmate, Alana. She needs to look fabulous and we both know nobody has taste like you."
"That is true," he says as he leads us to the back.
"Namjoon already forwarded me your sizes. I hope you don't mind." He says pointing to the clothes that he already pulled out for us.
"I wanted to make this as easy as I could for everyone. The guys sent me a few suggestions on what you would look good in. I would like to say upfront that those suggestions didn't do you justice." He says as he takes in my figure.
"I believe with your curves you would make any dress look stunning but the one thing that they had correct was that you have beautiful legs and you might think about that while trying on the dresses. I'll leave you to it if you need help just call my name. The guys need some help so I won't be too far."
Elise walks up to me as he leaves. We decided to tackle this together. We agree that my cleavage is one of my best features so we decide on a strapless or off-the-shoulder dress. That took about four dresses out of the running. I want to go with something a little more structured in the bust because we don't need the girls making a debut at the same time I do. That took two more out of the choices. That left us with a mermaid styled black gown which was a now for me because I wanted to do color. A smoky gray chiffon dress which was out for the same reason.
"I guess that leaves us with Blue or green." Elsie said pulling the dress fron the rack.
"The blue dress that manages the structure that you was looking for but that V in the front is do deep that I doubt the guys would let you walk out the store with it."
I can't hear a word she is saying because I see the beautiful satin emerald green dress. It's off the shoulders and has a corseted bust that laces up in the back. One look at this dress and I know it's for me. We set the dress to the side so that we can find a dress for Elise. She decides to go with a royal blue strapless dress and a lace bolero jacket to go with it. She says it's my night to shine and she doesn't want to distract from that.

We headed to the dressing room to try these on. I looked in the mirror and my mouth hit the floor. It hugs all my curves, and the slit gives it the finishing touch. I step out of the dressing room and to my surprise, the guys are there waiting for me. Their faces range from awe to hunger. I knew then that this was the dress that I had to wear.
"I'm going to take the silence as a good thing," I say smiling.
"I knew that dress would be exquisite on you," Taehyung says.
I smile and run my fingers over the fabric, "It's completely beautiful. It was calling my name quite honestly."
"I'm glad that you found something that you love, we aim to please here," he says with a smile until Elise steps out of the room.
His eyes grow large. I see that Elise looks away quickly. She tugs at the sleeves of the jacket then says, "Taehyung can you help me with the back of this dress?"
When I look at Taehyung his eyes are back to normal and he says, "Of course, just tell me what you need." He says, following her back to the dressing room.
After a few suggestions on what accessories to wear I head back to the dressing room to take off the dream dress, I still have one more thing to do today and I'm not looking forward to it but it has to be done.
I came out of the waiting room to find Jimin looking apprehensive. I ask him what's wrong and he just says he's fine and hugs me. I stand wrapped in his arms and realize he's nervous about the baby shower.
"I'll be fine, you know that right?" I say trying to soothe his nerves.
"I know that but you're walking into a viper's nest and I can't be with you," Jimin says.
"Jiminie, I'm a whole grown woman. I don't need protection. I can handle this." I say.
"It's not about protecting you. It's about being able to be your support when you need it. I know you don't like asking for help or admitting when you need support. I just want you to know it's not a terrible thing if you do." he says, leading me to Elise's car.
I hugged him before I got in. I know he's trying to give me time to decide on going public. He is not deciding for me by pushing his wants onto me. Then I realize that's I am doing that to him and the rest of the guys. Am I being unreasonable? I pack that away to think on later. Right now, I need to get ready for battle because that's exactly what it's going to be at this baby shower.

Jimin: I don't like it.
Joonie: Don't like what?
Jimin: Not being there for her at the shit show that's about to happen.
Hobi: It's not sitting well with me either.
Yoongi: She said she doesn't want us in public yet. What can we do?
Jimin: Propose......
Hobi: I like the way you think.
Joonie: I've had the ring for a while now.
Yoongi: She can't wear four rings.
Jimin: Why don't we do a set? A ring, necklace, bracelet, and earrings.
Yoongi: I want the necklace
Jimin: I got the bracelet
Hobi: That leaves earrings to me since Namjoon has the ring already.
