Chapter 14 - Ill Find You

~Tubbo's Pov~

I saw two people crying tears of joy, and two more people rushing over to them.

One of the people crying is Tommy and..Ranboo.

I was about to run over to them but I thought. This is their first time seeing each other in 8 years. I didn't want to ruin their moment.

I turned around and was faced with the guards and the hunters and my mother. I motioned for them to go back but they didn't seem to understand.

I slightly pushed them back and they got the idea. They went back still curious in what I saw. I looked back and smiled gently.

I turned towards my people and slowly walked back.

Rustle

I froze in place as I slowly looked down at my feet and saw I was pushing through a bush. It was a very loud rustle.

They definitely heard me because I heard all the crying and sniffing stop. Maybe they just went away or teleported.

Till I heard foot steps from inside the cave coming towards me. Shit. This isnt good, not at all. I'm still in the bush and if I move even a centimeter it would make a hell of noise.

I wanted to scream as the foot steps got closer and closer. I couldn't bring my self to move, it was like I was in very thick ice.

A tall figure with dirty blond hair appeared at the entrance right next to me. The guards, hunters, and my mother were behind a tree hiding.

The figure turned towards me with its multicolored eyes, green and red. Black sword in his hands. His hair turned along with him.

We made eye contact and the world frozen.

We just stared in shock of each other's presents.

"Tubbo?"

His fimilar deep voice echoed in my head.

"Ranboo?"

I took a small step, I tripped on one of the branches in the tree. I fell forward right into a hug from Ranboo.

I hugged back as we were teleported back inside the cave under the blossom tree with everyone.

Dream, Fundy and XD just looked at us while we talked.

"HEY!"

I flinched a little when I heard the yell. We all turned behind us, there we found the hunter holding a crossbow.

Some even had swords in hand.

~Ranboo's Pov~

I wasn't going to lie, I was happy that I found Tubbo. I was filled with pure joy actually.

But now here I am, crossbows pointed directly at me, not Dream or XD. Me

"Your that forest monster aren't you?"

I gulped

"You are to put your weapons down this instant!"

There stood a women with white and brown hair. She looked very familiar for some reason.

"Ma'am stay out of this"

One of the men when over to her and grabbed her arms so she couldn't move. The women struggled and tried kicking the man.

I looked back to the man in the middle. It was a man with black hair and a white band around his head. I felt my legs get jelly like.

I looked over at Dream and he was on his knees crying with XD holding him and Fundy behind him. Niki was with Tommy and Tubbo was by me.

The man lifted the crossbow and aimed it at Dream for a moment.

"It would be useless to use a arrow on you, let's use it for some more useful"

I flinched as the man aimed it at me.

"WAIT NO!" was the last thing I heard Dream yell.

*BANG*

I closed my eyes and covered my face with my arms. Everything was silent.

I slowly opened my eyes and removed my arms from my face. That was when I noticed something was hugging me.

Tubbo

He looked up slight to face me. He gave a weak smile.

"I said Ill Find You right?"

His grip got lighter till there was no grip at all. He collapsed on to the ground. His breathing also slowly down.

There was an arrow on his back directly in the spot of boys heart.

I stood in pure shock, i fell to my knees right next to Tubbo who was covered in blood.

Next thing I know is I heard the women who was held down scream. Tommy yelling and crying. And Niki also crying.

While I just sat here, with Tubbo in my arms completely still. He wasn't breathing anymore.

The guards of Tubbo just stood shaking and the hunters also in shock.

A tear dropped from my eyes right in to Tubbo's hair.

I looked up at the hunters and grabbed my sword and threw it at them. I had cut all of their necks.

I grabbed the motionless body gently and hugged it.

I let out and loud scream of pain and sadness as the women ran over.

Why couldn't I protect him like he protected me?..
