First, a bit about the plot.
For anyone confused about the corpse count and all, here's a brief synopsis:
Enjel was counted as one of the Griffin children, therefore her 'corpse' was missing at the crime scene (remember, the youngest was four, which meant Enjel). The father was blamed because the police didn't have the technology to properly identify the corpses, taking the father's to be Damien's.
If you're confused on the whole Damien/Enjel relationship, go read the previous chapter. And if you're like, 'whaaaaat this was totally unexpected and not foreshadowed at all' please read Damien's line in chapter 3. Closely.
Fun Facts:
1) the day I initially planned to release this (and didn't), Wattpad didn't load new chapters. My manga reader didn't either.
2) they both went back to normal the day I ended up finishing
3) when I contemplated taking a break, my tablet became possessed and played loud music and also froze so I couldn't do anything about it. No skipping either...T-T
4) it went back to normal after I completed the last chapter
5) Days I didn't write birds circled.....
