THEY HAD LOST CAPTAIN MARVEL. Katherine had to admit, for a world wide known superhero, the powerful League member was quite easily distracted, disappearing into the green surrounding area at the sight of an animal. It was strange to see a Justice League member so unfocused, she couldn't imagine Superman being like that.

Prior to the Captain's disappearance, Katherine and Kaldur also recieved a message from Miss Martian who explained that her and Artemis had gotten into a similar situation as them. The island had to be crawling with controlled animals, both small and big, dangerous and innocent.

Katherine's winced as she felt M'gann's touched in her mind, linking her thoughts to the rest of the team.

"Link established," the Martian reported, much to the disgust of the others.

"Should you really still be giving us orders? And should you really be following them," Artemis spat, even her thoughts holding her cold demeanour and harsh tone.

Katherine watched Kaldur's face fall slightly at his defensive team's anger as she followed him through the bushes. "Listen, please," he begged, only to be interrupted.

"Oh, good. Aqualad's voice in my head. I've so missed that," Wally sarcastically remarked.

Robin soon joined in. "Hey, Kaldur, K.F. And I were attacked by giant vultures. 'Course, since we're moles, you probably think we attacked ourselves."

                   "If he did, he wouldn't tell you," Artemis added.

"Real mature, you guys," Katherine rolled her eyes, huffing a harsh breath.

                   "Superboy, are you online or just pouting?" M'gann grew confused by the lack of Superboy's anger in the mindlink. He'd usually be the first one to express annoyance.

                   The clone's sounded out of breath despite his thoughts being communicated mentally. "Busy, call back later." He went silent again.

                  Katherine's head tilted with an eyebrow quirking up. "Well, that's concerning."

"You know what's concerning is how nonchalant he is about not telling us!" Wally quickly juts in, twisting Katherine's words to merge with his own statement. It earned a roll of the eyes from the Kryptonian who continued to silently follow who was suppose to be their leader.
