Few weeks later,
Siv's POV:
The early risers chirping, morning sun beams peeking through the clouds, birds about their morning rituals, a gentle cool breeze, golden light everywhere, covering natural and man-made creations, full of beauty and magic. So, I got up from the bed and went inside the washroom to finish my routine. Soon after the bath, I completed the morning pooja and went inside the kitchen. Amma had already prepare the breakfast.
"Good morning appa" I greet him with a smile.
" Good morning ma" he anticipates with a smile back.
" How's your work going on? Do you like working over there?" he asked about my NEW working environment.
" It's going great pa. All of them at the workplace actually so kind and helping hand pa. Even I am new staff there, they hadn't treat me as a third person." I replied with a smile.
Yes, Media Masons, my new happy working place. I never imagined myself working for a production house in my entire life. It's been two weeks since I started working as a full-time Social Media Executive Producer at MM.
Only I know how badly I wanted to get a job and have an extra source of income to support my family. Finally, it happens.
It was all because of him, Sam.
I never imagined he'd take my words so seriously. I still remember the day in Kodaikanal I said "I don't make much money, but we live a happy life. Above all, I'm looking for a full-time job for the time being". He might knows how a single job meant to me.
2 weeks back,
Three days after the vacation he called me and said he wants to bring me somewhere. I thought its going to be very casual meet at his home maybe. But, no he brings me to a place where looks alike a home and I take a look on the nameboard and it has written " Media Masons". I felt quite nervous where this guy brings me but he didn't utter a word. As we entered , I could see a woman holds a bouquet to welcome me. What is actually going on here? I look at him very confuse but he bids only a smile.
"Congrats Sivaathi! Welcome to our family!" she handover the bouquet and side hugged me.
"Congratulation Siv. Welcome to Media Masons production house" he chuckles.
I stood there confuse don't how react to this. Then Sam comes near me and whispered..
"Here you go. As you wish. Come take your sit Madam" he pulled the chair signed me to sit on with a smile.
" Hai Ma. I am Ravoofah. The production manager of MM.Sam had passed your resume/vitae curriculum to me this 3 days back. So thought to give you a chance over here" she said with initiate a handshake.
"Thank you Mam. Thank you so much!!!!" I thanked her. I was at loss of words.
" You should thank Sam, actually" she chuckles. I looked at him, he just bids a smile.How can a person be this humble after done all the things.
And then , she tells me that my work time is very flexible. Since I I have classes I am excused so I can join whenever I want. Actually I didn't expect that from a manager . Sam introduced me to all the staffs over there. I thought they were all so serious, since all of their face reaction was like a rock. But , it was vice versa. Everyone were so friendly and kind towards me.
Present,
"Okay I will leave. I have so commitments out there. Once after you finish your work tell Sam to pick you up" he asked with a sign whether Sam could make it or no.
