SIDE STORY

"Hey, Vasco. How did you meet her." A big ear boy sitting beside Vasco, eating his popsicle.

"In Japan." Vasco sucks the green popsicle which is apple flavored.

"Hm? When did you went there?"

"You know, 3 years ago. We planned to go to Taiwan. But I accidentally bought the ticket to Japan." Vasco almost finished his popsicle.

"Ahh.. That time. You know how lonely I was in Taiwan!" Jace wipes the sweat from his forehead.

"And I met her."

"Hey don't just jump to the conclusion! By the way, why are we here?! Sitting under the Sun!"

"Jace, absorbing Sun is good for your health! Vitamin D! Jace. Didn't you learn in the class?" Vasco puts his hand onto Jace's shoulder, his whole body is soaked too.

"But now is 2 afternoon!! Do you know how strong the UV RAYS is!?" Jace jumps up from his spot, he's ready to go.

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"なに？” ( What? )

Poor Vasco was nervous. He didn't even know where he was right now. He was standing at the center of the pathway, looking confused. The kind-hearted Japanese people wanted to help him. But, as their language was different, it didn't make a bridge to communicate. It even made Vasco felt more tense. He ran away with no plan from the crowd.

Vasco was hungry.

His stomach started to growl louder and louder. He searched in his pockets. He only had New Taiwan Dollar as Jace and him had converted into their currency. Jace has handed all of the money to Vasco. ( Poor Jace also😂 ) Now, Jace was insufficient of money in Taiwan.

He sighed. Crouched at the corner of the wall.

"助けが必要？" ( Need help? )

A chubby boy asked in a gentle voice. Peering at Vasco. Vasco wanted to express that he need food but he didn't know how to speak in their language. Until 'It' helped him.

*Growls

Vasco's stomach said.

The chubby boy and Vasco were both shocked in mouth opened. Vasco's face turned into slightly red, and he turned his face away. The boy laughed softly.

"Pft.　あ、ごめん。” ( Sorry. )

The boy gestured Vasco to follow him up. Vasco was like a lost puppy, following random people who had the food.

The boy took him to MicDonald and ordered a regular meal for Vasco. Vasco was savory and ate like a homeless man who hasn't taken his food for a long time. The boy brought out his phone and opened an app.

The boy communicated with Vasco with the app. Vasco just realized that he could use the app earlier. He hit his head, blaming himself for being obtuse. The boy willing to take Vasco to change his currency. Vasco was appreciate and feeling thankful to the boy. Vasco paid the money back to him for the meal just now. The boy was then take his leave.
