Preface

"You're a killer. You're a nightmare come to life!" I scream, backing away from him. He growls, slowly but surely trapping me against a wall. My back touches the wall, and I cower away from my mate. "You're my mate. You're my dream come true, and nothing will stand in the way of us," he says softly, as his chest pushes against mine.

He lifts me up, and I instinctively wrap my legs around his waist. He sinks down to kiss my neck, and my breathing speeds up. He chuckles, "Calm down, princess." I gasp as his hands find their way into my hair, pulling me impossibily close to him. "Alpha Adrien, stop!" I whisper, pushing him away. His eyes grow dark, "Wrong move, baby."
