I glare at my challenger. My challenger was beneath my boot with my sword to his throat. "Give me what I want and no one will get hurt, Darling". I pressed my boot farther into his chest.
"F-fine its over there" he groaned out while pointing to a small black box that was near his things.
I crouched down near his things while keeping my grip on the sword. I opened the black box and a beautiful shiny ruby necklace that was in a white mesh bag. I grabbed it and hurried out of the bottom of his ship.
I climb up the ladder placed to reach the top deck. My allies all battling against others was a glorious sight to see.
"Time to leave!" I shout out and run toward the plank.
"But Captian-" I cut him off by jumping off down bellow. I land on a raft and start to drift to my old ship that my father have gifted. My allies took their time to over throw the ship we were up against.
The water was ice cold and you couldn't see the bottom. It sloshed around the raft and soaked through my pants. I clenched my hands around the ruby necklaces. I could sell it and buy more medicine for my ill father.

My father looked upon me with his tired eyes. I hold the chirirenge filled with cold water to his cracked lips and hear the liquid go down his throat.
He breathed slowly in and out. "Its okay father, im here". I held his hand and patted his forehead with the warm rag.
"I need.. tea" my father whispered. I sqeezed his hands and got up and ready to go to the market.
I couldn't really explain why my father was sick. He got sick months ago and is still alive because of me. I was the only one that cared for his health. The other pirates couldn't care less. They wanted them gone and it angered me.
I set the chirirenge in the sink and cleaned off the counter of which was dirtied with crushed up herbs and spices.
I checked the pot of vegetable soup that was boiling on the stove before leaving. I took a metal spoon to try it and it tasted good but it needed something.
I looked over my spices and picked up the gloves of ginger and cut some up. I dropped the slices of ginger in and slid into the pot and it made a little splash.
I stired the soup around and waited a few minutes before I tried it again.
It smelled like curry because of this spices I put into it.
I turned the heat down and used a ladle to pour some into a bowl for my father.
"Its in the table dad", I told him before walking out the door of our shack.

I gazed over the spices that were placed in a neat line in a rack. The old women who was selling them to me kept talking about the cardamom.
"Its great for tea. Makes good tea, you want?".
"How much is it ma'am?" I ask.
"Two shillings".
I pulled out my sachel and grabbed 2 shillings. I held out my hand and dropped the coins in her hand while she gave me a jar filled to the brim with cardamom spice and I shove it in the satchel.
I walk around the market and walk past all the other people I've never seen before. I would be considered a lower class but I would be in the higher ranking for money conditions.
