A/N Hey Just came to tell you ill be skipping to the infinity train arc. It was decided that the PIllars would look for Tanjirou while doing missions.When Tanjirou ran into the forest he was badly injured from his previous struggle against the pillars. He found some berries to eat and made a small shelter using banana leaves and dried grass. He trained after his third day of resting because surprisingly he was fully healed. he went into his mindscape and called out for Yoriichi and Michikatsu and told them what happened. He asked them to help him train and they happily agreed. Through his training he unlocked the see-through world and selfless state. Both abilities will help him him when he ends up having to fight an upper moon.
Tanjirou had sensed a demon and went to investigate. He saw a train which he knew about thanks to his parents teaching him about it. He concluded the demon must've fused with the train so he snuck on board snatching a ticket from a random member of the crowd to get in. Inside the train he saw the Flame and Insect pillars and hid by a seat 3 rows down. He met a girl with snow white hair and purple eyes named Ume. they were talking about nice stuff thats happened to them and Ume asked about his flame like mark on his forehead. He was going to give a fabricated answer but someone spoke. "Ah! its nice to see you again Tanjirou-kun." It was shinobu the Insect Pillar. Tanjirou was visibly panicking. "Tanjirou-san are you ok?" Ume asked with concern. Ill be right back Ume-chan. Tanjirou grabbed shinobu's arm then sped to the back of the cabin. He held her up by her neck tightly, But not to the point she'd choke. "What are you two doing here shinobu." Tanjirou asked. His tone laced with anger.
"Ara Ara~ No need to be so upset Tanjirou-kun" She smiled and his anger flared up. YOU DONT- "She's alive" Shinobu cut him off. "Eh?" "Your sister's alive Tanjirou" Tanjirou's anger dissipated And he started sobbing. He was happy. They hadn't killed her! Out of pure joy, He Hugged Shinob. She was caught off guard by this but returned the hug, Her face becoming a bit red. Tanjirou realized what he had done and started apologizing, His cheeks getting redder by the second. "It's fine" But what are you doing here Tanjirou?" Shinobu asked with a curious expression. "I smelled a demon onboard so I came to investigate" Smell?" shinobu asked with a confused expression. "Long story short, I have a good sense of smell, to the point I can smell emotions." Thats very interesting Kamado-kun. He smioled before remebering that he had left Ume behind. Uhh I have to go see you later shinobu san! He said as he sped off to find Ume.
A couple minutes later,The conductor came up to check the tickets. When it was Ume and Tanjiro's turn. They gave the conductor their tickets and he punched the tickets. As he did so, they fell asleep.
