"All Flights have been delayed due to severe weather " I hear over the speaker.. I say "well that's Chicago for you .. " I walk over to the window and see its not just raining its snowing. I feel two arms wrap around my waist. I look down and see Chances arms I smile "hey channo " He laughs "hey leah " I say "well we're stuck here all night " He says "yeah atleast were here together " I say "yeah .." I can feel his lips kiss my neck .. I say "chance " He smiles and pulls me closer and says "love you " I smile "love you too Chance" His phone vibrates and he picks it up "hey .. ma yeah we're safe ... yeah they delayed the flights until tomorrow... yeah leah is okay shes right here ... okay .. love you guys too .. i will ..bye " He hangs up "my people said hi " I laugh "cool " He smiles and spins me around. I say "what ?" He kisses my lips .I laugh " well where we sleeping? " He says " I dont know"
We walk over to where our bags are and he sits down with his legs open .. I sit down and he puts his other leg up and wraps his arms around me. My phone rings. I pick it up " hey ma" She says " you okay ?? I heard about the weather?" I say " yeah mom Im okay they delayed our flight until tomorrow ... if the snow clears up" She says " thank God baby girl .. so everybodys safe?" I say " yeap .." She says " how you taking everything?" I say ' if your refering to Donald he's like across the room all on that girl so everythings peachy .." She says " I told you I didnt like him" I say " yeah mom I know ... I just thought he was different.." She says " you know who I did like ..that Chance .." Chance laughs I say " yeah he heard you" She says " let me talk to him" I hand him the phone and he says " yes ma'm.. im gonna take care of your daughter -kisses my cheek- okay .. talk to you later ..." He hands me my phone and my mom says " stay safe let me know what happens and love you " I say " will do .. love you too mommie" I hang up and Chance says "your mom likes me -smirks-" I say" soo.." He kisses my cheek again "I ... love you " I smile and say " I love you too baby" He says "soo .. you wanna get some snacks out of one the restaurants in here ?" We get up and tell Mrs Harris where we going.. and we walk out of the terminal and go into a restaurant we order and sit at the bar. He says " you drink ?" I say " no you ?" He says "nah "
We order some food and pay we chill around .. Chance says "baby .. you know i think you look soo good in my hoodie..." I smile "really " He laughs "yeah ... them leggings and my hoodie " I smile " i love you " He smiles " i love you too " He kisses my lips and I kiss him back softly and he pulls out his phone we take some pics and walk around and see were like some of the only people here besides staff ..
We go in the gift shop and buy some matching hockey jerseys. We head back to our terminal and sit down. He lays in the chairs and i lay on him we fall asleep.
~next day ~
"WAKE UP !!" I hear mrs harris say .. Me n Chance both sit up.. Mrs Harris says to all of us "well its snowing... soo the airports providing free breakfast , lunch and dinner were here another night . We all nod. We go into the bathrooms and freshening up I put on my jersey and some jeans i slide on my sandals. I take my hair out of its pineapple and let it fall. I take my luggage back out and Chance walks out in his matching jersey. I smile and we all head to get breakfast from the applebees in the airport ..
Chance pulls me to the side and smiles " baby i wanted to give you this in cali but .. here" He hands me a jewelry box... I open it and its a beautiful ring.... I smile "wow this is beautiful .." He says "its just like a promise ring type thing..i know thats corny." i cut him off "no it's not .. I think its great " He smirks "really " I say "yeah baby "He slides it on my finger and kisses my lips softly I wrap my arms around him and peck his lips ..
We pull away and sit down with everyone else. Donald and Aliyah walk in all on eachother... they sit down and Donald stares in my eyes "good morning leah.." I say "morning" He just looks at me .. I try to eat but i say "what ?" He says "nothing..." I say "...okay" He sighs ... Chance kisses my cheek. Mrs Harris says "any way ... you guys all got great reviews from the showcase I say "that's amazing " We all smile and talk somemore.
Chance puts his hand on my thigh and rubs it. I smile and look at him ..He whispers in my ear' i want you baby' I smile and he bites my ear . He smirks and i say "ill be back i gotta go to the bathroom ' I get up and go to.the bathroom and walk out and run into some body. I say "sorry " Donald says "hey .. how are you " I say "im good.. " We walk back to the table . He says "im .. sorry okay " I.say "okay .." We sit down he says "Forreal Leah .." I say "okay .. we cool "We all chill and finally.. we get on the plane . Me and Chance sit dowm and chill on the plane.
~That Night ~
We all chill in our dorms . Classes were canceled today. So we didn't miss anything. Chance smiles as he comes out of the bathroom. I sit on my bed in a t shirt laying down. He smiles 'guess what? ".I say 'what ?'.He says 'no classes tomorrow its snowing again ' I smile' good .. '.He chuckles I get a text "UCLA REMIND101 : No classes tomorrow be safesafe" I chill around and Chance lays on my.bed besides me... I smile .. He pulls me in his lap. I say 'what you want ?' He says "give me a kiss " I smile and kiss his lips.. He kisses me back and I lay my head on his chest .. ' I love you..' He says .. I say ' I love you too'
