"hello ?" I pick up my phone as I get a call from a unknown number ... I hear Donald's Voice ' I - I - need you ... ' I say ' Donald ... were not together' He says ' no .. I need you I need to talk to you ... I just wanted to know if we could meet up ?' I say' chance isn't gonna go for that ..' He says ' FaceTime anything I just need your beautiful face .. Im just so .. stressed. I say ' ok FaceTime me ' We hang up and I get on my mac book . He calls i pick up.. He says ' I just ... Im so stressed .. I fucked up the only good thing that happened to me and now I'm just ... ' I say 'Donald what did you mess up?' He says ' My relationship with you ... I .. just I'm such a prick I'm a asshole and I'm surprised you even picked up the phone.. and stayed on ' I say ' look I was upset with you but I'm over that .. now anyway but Donald you have to move on ..' He says ' but ... I can't it makes me sick when I see you with him ..' He just puts his head down and tries to sound strong but I can see right through it.. He says ' you know the dance they do .. for the graduating class .. you going?' I say ' yeah I guess you going...?' He says ' .. I don't know..' He just stares at the screen ... I look at him ' donald .. maybe it just wasn't meant to be ..' He says ' but .. I love you ... I really love you .. I will always love you .. your smile , your hair , the way you laugh at my corny jokes .. your soft lips ..Im just sorry ' I sigh ' Donald look we can talk I'm here if you need to talk but I doubt I'm gonna give you anymore chances real shit .. because you fucked it up you really did.. ' He stares at the screen .. ' i know .. but .. I miss you a lot ' I say ' i miss you too sometimes but its over ..' He says ' okay .. Leah .. okay I'm gonna go you need your rest .. I sit their and think .. uh .. why tonight why now why me why ever .. Im stuck in this fucked up love triangle I'm with Chance but Donald just keeps inching his way back in what do I need to do ...
-That Morning-
I wake up ,shower and put on a tee shirt , jeans and my black and white vans. I let my straight hair down. I put on a necklace and I ran my binder and head to my class.. I walk in and sit down '..sis?' I turn and see Jaxon ..I start laughing and he sits besides me. He says ' whats up girl' I say ' hey ..' He says ' soo.. you and Chance been together forever girl ...' I laugh ' yeah basically..' I feel two arms wrap around my eyes and somebody say ' happy anniversary baby..' I smile ' you too.' I open my eyes and see some flowers and a big gift bag. I smile as Chance sits besides me .
A substitute walks in ' hey you guys .. your teacher had a family emergency so you guys can just study this period or work on any projects you have ' We all chill around Chance says ' babe you wanna help me with my philosophy paper ..?' I smile ' yeah ..' He says ' but first I want you to open your gift ..' I say ' okay okay.. I open it and its a shirt ,pants, some shoes , and a big card its a small box inside of it. I smile and open it and its a cute necklace .. I smile ' baby ... thanks' He smiles and I say ' I have gift for you later though..' He says ' you don't have anymore classes today right??' I Say ' no ..' He smiles ' okay I'm gonna come get you at 6 , take you out to eat to a movie .... the works ..' I smile ' okay .. I love you' He says ' I love you too'
-That night-
I put on the outfit chance bought me with the necklace and some wedge sandals. I fix my hair and hear a knock at the door.. I smile and walk to the door I see Chance smiling with a blazer , dark jeans and black shirt to match my outfit.. He smiles .. We head out and have an amazing date we make it back to the dorms and we go in. I hand him a bag and i go to the bathroom and change into something cute. He opens his gift and he says' baby thanks' I smile' no problem love ' I got him some shoes ,A watch ,snapback and some more stuff. He says' Woww so is this the second part of my gift ?'
(Chance's Pov)
Leahs body .. She walks over and sits in.my lap .. she has on some black lace .. I smile at her.. She pushes me back against the bed and smiles . I kiss her lips softly and she kisses me back. I hover over her and she says 'wait ..Chance.im a virgin..' I lift up "ohh...are you sure you wanna do this ?"She says 'i dont know...' I say ' i know it's our anniversary but you dont have to if you dont want to ' She says 'but i want you ' I say ' i want you too but we should wait .. until you're comfortable..' She gets out of my lap and goes to the bathroom..
She walks back out in one of my t shirts and sits on her bed.. She says 'sorry... i .. just thought i was ready ' I look at her ' baby its okay...i dont want you to regret it ..' She looks at me ' but i wanted our first anniversary to be amazing and something to remember. ' i say 'but it was amazing ... any time im with you is amazing.. the way your eyes twinkle when i say your name .. your amazing'
(Leah's pov)
I say 'chance.. i love you ' He smiles and leans in and kisses my lips 'i love you too ' We lay down and he falls asleep. Damn it leah you fucked it up .. Chance deserves the best ..But he doesn't mind my shyness my morals ... i tried though.. Maybe its meant to wait .. maybe itll be a better place better timing ...
