For me, this ship just don't have those vibes... I just don't see it. Vania is a very kind girl, but that doesn't mean she lets anyone tell her what to do. Also Kai is nice, but he's stubborn and if he wants something, he will do it the way he wants. And the result is...
The result is it can work, if both of them want to. And honestly, we all know that Kai wouldn't have the patience for such a relationship :D
