Ronny:
I went from class to class slowly. A week here and I'm already worn out. I hate school but I like seeing Jace, Emily (even though she hasn't made eye contact since the other day) and Hana who's been my BFF for the week. Jace hasn't pulled his next prank yet. He's probably waiting for me to attack then he'll go next. Like a you go I go type thing. I haven't been able to pull mine yet though. There hasn't been a good enough chance or a large enough amount of time.
I went to my new locker now instead, since I had to go get my other books since I got the wrong one. Another sticky note was on the door. It wasn't Jace's writing though. I don't know who's handwriting it was actually though it did look familure.
Meet me in the parking lot- E
I'm guessing by the E that it was Emily, but I was unsure so I went anyway. I went slowly since that was my pace today. It didn't really have a time, but I'm guessing they meant now since the note wasn't there last period. I went through the doors, but wasn't stopped like I thought I might be. I went out into the whipping wind and looked around. I saw Emily's hair whipping around and went towards her.
As I approached she smiled sadly. She's been sad all week it seems. It was my fault I'm sure. I mean I told her I didn't remember her and I still don't, but she's so familure, I just can't place her anywhere. It's like a chunk of my memory is just gone.
" Your her, I know your our Ronny " she said.
" I don't know what your talking about Emily " I said I was so confused. I knew her, but didn't.
" You don't remember anything? " she asked trying desprately to get me to remember something. I shook my head. " Ok tell me if you remember this. We were playing hide and seek in the woods with Kaden and Jace. Jace always went after you and Kaden was always stuck coming after me. We were all the best of friends. We were all ten at the time. That's when we found the tree house. We had no idea where it came from, but we loved it. It was red like a barn and durable. We stopped the game to show Jace and Kaden and it became our new hide out. We always met there after school and chores " she said.
The hide out sounded so familure. It all sounded familure and I could see us as little girls running and laughing and Jace and Kaden coming after us. I smiled at the memory. Wait memory? But that's what it was. I remember the day she described like it happened yesterday. But how was that possible? I just moved here. I can't remember something about people I just met. But the memory was there. As clear as day.
" You remember " she whispered. It wasn't a question. She could see on my face. She smiled and grabbed onto me for dear life. " We were best friends remember? We did everything together. Your house was my second home and mine yours. I've missed you so so much " she said. I pulled back sadly. I remember the thing she told me, but only because she told me. I can't remember the other stuff.
" I can't remember " I said.
" But you - you remember the tree house? " I nodded " Well maybe I should just tell you everything " she said getting excited. I nodded. I have to talk to my mom about this. She has to know something about it right? This has to be the reason we moved out here. Right? " You should sleep over my house tonight. There's a party at Kadens. We'll go there then I'll tell you everything after at our sleep over " she was getting excited. I was too actually. I looked around and realized we were standing at a really nice old mustange. Black and silver.
" That sounds great " I said. I didn't feel as tired as I did anymore " Who's car is this? " I asked.
" Jace's he rebuilt it and painted it by himself " she said proudly. I don't think she was proud because he was her boyfriend. She was proud because they were best friends and she loved him. Well payback sucks and tonight I was going to get revenge. I smiled with her. It was lunch by now and she weaved her arm through mine and pulled me in telling me, me and Hana could sit with her Jace and Kaden I happily agreed. After tonight though I wasn't going to be so welcomed I don't think.
Jace:
Emily and Ronny walked in together and came over but stopped to get Hana first then sat down next to me. I sat beside Ronny and Emily was next to her on her right side. Hana sat across from us next to Kaden and his mate Jenna. I looked at Emily who finally looked happy after the first incounter with Ronny.
" She remembers! I described the day we found the hide out and she remembers it!! " she said happily. " She's coming to the party with us and then sleeping over my house "
I stared at her. She remembers the day we found the hide out? I remember that day so perfectly.
" I'll get you Ronny " I called out. I was looking through and around all the trees. I was going to find her. Then I would play the prank I was planning on her. It was going to be great. I kept hearing her giggling but I couldn't seem to find her. I had to find her.
I ran around with Kaden who was trying to find Emily. We always played hide and seek. Or tag that was always a fun one. I always catch Ronny. I heard her laughter mixed with Emilys. Then a scream of excitedness.
" Guys you have to see this!! " Ronny called out. Then she ran out of a few trees, Emily close behind. Ronny's blond hair flew out behind her as she ran as fast as she could and crashed into me and we tumbled to the ground. She was on top of me laughing and rolled off.
" You have to see it Jace!! It's awesome! Your gonna love it!! " She squeeled. She was such a girlie girl. I loved her though. She was going to be my mate when we grow up, I know it. I got up and pulled her with me. There were leaves in her pretty hair and I picked them out.
" What is it? " I asked. She shook her head.
" It's a surprise " she said like it was a huge secret. She grabbed my hand and pulled me through the trees. And then she pointed and said " There " it was a tree house the most awesome thing in the world and it was ours. " I knew you would love it " she whispered and I picked her up and spun her around.
Ronny was snapping her fingers in front of my face. I snapped out of it and looked at her. That was the day I decided I loved My Ronny. I decided she was going to be my mate no matter what. I still think that. But I don't know if this Ronny is our Ronny. I rubbed the back of my neck then stood up and walked away.
I couldn't be around her anymore. I can't decide whether or not she's My Ronny. She's just like her in some ways. Most ways. But I don't know her enough to tell if she's really My Ronny. I can't do that. I can't get close to her, because then I would be getting my hopes up if it wasn't really her. It just happens to be a girl with the same name and some of the same traits. I can't let myself get hurt again. I had my heart broken and it still aches.
Ronny:
I went home and went inside to see my mom at her laptop doing who knows what. I went over and stared at her until she looked up at me. She looked impatient so I talked quickly.
" Is it Ok if I sleep over my friend Emily's? " I asked. I didn't mention the party, just because I know after my prank I was going to be in so much trouble. It was worth it though. I watched as she thought it over.
" I guess that would be Ok " she said slowly like she still was unsure. I smiled and before she could change her mind I took off and went to pack up my supplies and of course my clothes and text Emily telling her I was allowed.
I was finally going to be able to get my revenge and it was the perfect time. People won't be able to see me doing it. And when they see what's happened it will be too late to stop me. I was getting myself into a hole but it was perfect, and I didn't really care. Payback sucks, and I intend on it being very, very painful to him. It was going to be so great. I loved it!
