It is now 10th September 2021, Heeseung just got news on Jaeyun family
Apparently his family has never moved to Australia, there was no job offers
He found his brother's social media platform and decided to reach out to him. Heeseung and Jaeyun's brother met out for coffee.
"the truth is Jaeyun is gone.." his brother said which took heeseung aback. "What do you mean ?"
"So we told you guys that our dad got a job offer that is much better and we had to move to Australia, right ? Or something along that line."
"Yea?" Heeseung was still confused.
"The truth is there was no job offer. We didn't move to australia. We just moved to a different part of Korea as you know already know." Jaeyun's brother said in a calm tone as if all this was nothing, but to heeseung this was everything. He felt hurt. Lied to.
"When he was young, he had caught a disease, he himself decided he want to do something good for the society as he leaves the world." His brother said as a faint smile appears onto his face, not that he was happy, but he was preventing himself from crying
"He caught a disease!? Why wasn't i informed ? Why did no one tell me" heeseung said slightly raising his voice.
"Jaeyun personally requested this. He was young but he still knew you would be sad. He himself wanted to hide this from you"
"You said he wanted to do something got for the society, what did he do ?" Heeseung's tone gets softer and sadder as he speak.
"He donated all his healthy organs away."
"he... what ?" Heeseung couldn't believe what he just heard. Jaeyun donated all his healthy organs. That sentence echoed in heeseung's head.
Heeseung's heart felt so painful right now. He was holding back his tears, he didn't want to cry infront of jaeyun's brother.
"Do you have the names or contact of the people who has his organs now ?" Heeseung asked.
"i only have the contact of the person who hold his heart.. i would text him from time to time, just to check up on him. My parents has the contact of the rest though, i can get it for you." Jaeyun's brother offered.
"No need to trouble, but can i have the contact of the heart donee?"
"Of course i'll send it to you."
Jaeyun's brother sends the contact number over to heeseung. Heeseung stares at his phone, at the number. A soft "i miss him" escaped from his mouth. "we do too.." Jaeyun's brother responded.
The atmosphere instantly turned cold and sad.
"But hey look on the bright side, he's in a happier place now, no longer suffering" jaeyun's brother said in attempt to lighten the mood.
Heeseung gives him a faint smile and nods
"I'll have to get going first, i have classes"
Jaeyun's brother gave heeseung a pat on the shoulder as he left.
Heeseung continued sat there for awhile longer, pondering. Trying to make sense of everything he just heard.
