"Oh my god! Did you really?" Lola questioned, her face expression was priceless as she sat down on the new laptop desk that her parents bought for me so I could have my laptop on. They were currently in California now, planning some huge celebrity wedding. She had a cigarette in one hand as she smoked it in between conversations.

"Yes. I feel so stupid! He kissed me first though." I let out, slapping my forehead. Lola's my best friend, and as soon as she came home, from what I had predicted, I had to tell her. I knew she could keep a secret. "Promise you won't tell?" I added, cocking an eyebrow. She placed the cigarette in her mouth, smoking it as she moved her head up and down, exhaling a puff of smoke afterwards. After our long conversation about it, and how I described every bit of it, ( I even told her about our semi-date) she promised to keep it a secret.

But as greedy as it sounds, I still wanted Michael. Possibly even more, I don't know. He's also sweet, although he can have his conceited and jerky and tough moments. And he may smoke and drink to the point where he forgets his own name, but still. After that, I decided to wrap up the night with an ice cold beverage, and I went to bed that night, thinking about Brandon and Mike.

Within time, the rest of the week flew by, and so did the next. It's been really awkward between Brandon and I, and Michael still doesn't know about Brandon and I's kiss, and date. Though, as surprising as it is, the more days gone by where I'd smile in front of Michael, the more I felt guilty. But it was something I'll never do again...I'll make sure of it.

Kresten and Lola are still mused around each other, so I knew it wasn't Kresten that kept meeting her at these random locations...or at least, that's what I think.

It was then Friday, two weeks and a half from when we kissed, and I was feeling anxious. After school, I walked with Lola to my actual house. We had just gotten report cards, and my mom wanted to see mines, and she wanted to talk a bit. She claims over the phone that she's so eager to see me, but I wasn't so sure.

I didn't mind seeing Haley, I mean; she didn't kick me out at the least. I cringed a little as my house came up into view.

"You ready?" Lola gave my arm a quick squeeze. I held onto my report card, a little nervous. When we stood in front of the door, Lola knocked on it for me, knowing that I would've probably taken forever to. As we waited, I was getting more anxious. As we waited, someone had finally opened the door. Standing there was Haley, her eyes as green as ever. I gasped as she smiled and quickly hugged me.

"I haven't seen you in forever, Haley bug." I teased with an easy going smile.

Lola stood in silence, giving the two of us sister time. After a couple of seconds, Haley had drawn back, her hair curly. "You have no idea on how much...I missed you." Her voice cracked as a tear fell from her eye, and a smile appeared on her face. I wanted to cry along with her, trust me, but I'm just not that emotional as her. But my mom, from the moment she came into view, that's when I wanted to cry. I tried to ignore the fact that she had actually shoved me out of my own house, along with my things. Well, some of my things.

Lola's smile had softened once she saw her, too. My mom looked stunning as well, she had on black pants, a white draped shirt, and black heels. Her hair was also curly, and I figured it was because she hasn't seen me in a while. I shouldn't be angry with her, grudges come and go! So instead of frowning upon her, I smiled. But it had quickly been wiped off once I saw the man that came into view, standing beside her.

"Oh hell no." I heard Lola murmur under her breath. I quickly glanced at her and back at the man, scrutinizing him with narrow eyes. Hmm...the classy type. I replaced my smile with a blunt facial expression. I raised an eyebrow as a response.
