Chapter 9- What's Next?

Summer.

Hot.

Sweaty.

Humid.

Boredom.

Freedom.

It was here.

The year had gone as fast as the year before.

Junior year was over, and the students were drawing closer to the future.

"Hey Lisa can I borrow that lipgloss," Key asked, as the four girls fast paced down the hall and out the building.

"It's in the car hold up," Lisa says quietly practically running to her car, happy to not see the building for the next 3 months.

Rose and Eden were talking about what time they would meet up tonight since Eden had to sneak out since she was told by her parents that she couldn't go to the party.

But who gave a fuck about what they had to say about a high school party.

"Key!" Someone yelled behind them making the girls turn to look and sure enough, he was there.

Not even one second had passed and Taehyung was already spraying Eden with a miniature sized water gun.

"Taehyung!" Eden yelled rubbing her eyes of the water that got inside.

As the girl began to roughly rub her eye, with the background noise of Jimin and Lisa laughing and the loud chatter of talking she felt something in her eye.

"Here let me see," he said seeing her wince.

With her other eye she squinted at him.

"I'm going to kill him," Eden growls feeling him put his thumb on the upper part of her eye and slowly opening it.

"I'll help," he looked down at her, getting closer to her eye and blowing on it.

Once he was done and she could finally  open her eyes she looked up to see him standing there , looking down at her with his pretty little smile.

And once again mesmerized by his eyes.

Eden smiled back, after the 10 seconds of the two just staring at eachother they noticed silence. The two looked to their left and saw their little group of friends staring at them, and straight up chessing.

"So cuteeee!" Dion and Jimin exclaim,holding eachother.

"Fuck off," Eden says, moving away from Jungkook.

"So we'll be at your house at 11?" Key refers to Eden, shaking off the whole situation.

"Yea then we'll go to the party, so be waiting outside for me 10 minutes earlier," Eden reminds the group of girls who were gonna pick her up that night.

A gradual understanding goes over the conjoined group .

"Alright I'll see you later," Eden says grabbing hook of Jimin's arm.

"You're not coming with us?" Lisa asks stepping forward as if Jimin just stole her property.

"No, they're walking me home," Eden calls back, not turning around.

Eden's POV

"NO TAEHYUNG THAT'S NOT HOW YOU PLAY!" I yell .

"THEN HOW EDEN? HOW?" He yells back at me.

"If you don't hit it past the tree then you loose!" I say back at him, then hit him on the back of his neck.

"And I hit it past the tree!" He argues back.
