Every since day one they had hated eachother, like poison would run through their veins and they'd become rotten fruits who's juice had been sucked by the presence of the other in the same earth. But it all started with him, she didn't really knew why he was rude to her so she decided she wouldn't be nice to him either if he treated her like that. She had always been nice to him, the first times she hung out with the pogues all seemed like heaven, until his words became rude for no apparent reason and less and less she didn't want to see his face anymore. Was it because she was a kook? The rivalry between the two stupid classes did even made sense. Everytime she stepped a foot in John B's boat, to spend their usual afternoon sunbathing in the march you could hear him groan in annoyance. An afternoon just like today.

As she walked through her deck, bag in hand she could see the HMS Pogue aproach in the water and John B with his hand on the wheel smiling at her. Yeah, they all liked her, even if she wasn't in the group for as long as it had existed all of them treated her like a best friend, well except JJ of course, that seemed to see her as a resurrection of maleficent herself.

"Good afternoon pretty lady" Kiara smirked handing a hand in her direction so she could step on the boat.

"Hello guys, how's it going?" she smiled at them rooming her eyes around the surface that kept them above water. JJ was there, sitting at the edge of the boat, feet hanging to the water. He hadn't even looked back at her, not even a 'hello' or 'hi' but she was used to that, to the silent treatment that had became familiar between them. The thing that made her question was the fact that he hadn't make his presence noticed as he usually did. Not a groan or a 'uh her again' ramble. "What his it with him is he in a transe or something?" the others shrugged their shoulders so she decided to aproach him, tease him a little about it "Hey JJ, already high at this time of the day?" He threw his head back in annoyance, now that seemed more like him. Turning his body completely around their eyes locked, the eyes she thought had the prettiest colour she had ever seen, she couldn't even describe them in real words, it was a shame that they belonged to such insolent person. Sometimes her mind wandered to the beginning of her friendship with the pogues, when they met. The first time she layed eyes on him she actually thought he was attractive, with his sunkissed hair, red lips and blue eyes, a mixture of colors that she liked to observe on her vintage magazines. And if he hadn't chose that upstaged path, she could see how perhaps her heart might of beaten for him. She wasn't going to lie, he was still attractive, but nobody else needed to know it expecially him. "It wouldn't happen anyways" she told herself. She shouldn't be with a person who treated her like nothing. There was this thing with him, sometimes she felt like she didn't even exist to him, but then he made sure to let her know how he didn't like her.

"Fuck off" he said taking a long drag out of his joint before opening his mouth and exhaling the smoke to her face, making her cough. She wasn't a smoker, he knew that. She had accustomed herself to the smell since her friends liked to get high but that.... that was crossing the limits. When the smoke dissipated and his figure came visible to her eyes again she clenched her jaw in anger, grabbing the joint out of his hand and throwing it to the water as they watched it get ruined, floating, as it's little light weakened. "What the fuck, I just rolled that" he said standing up irritated. The thought of him diving in the water to get it back actually roomed her mind making her smirk, thinking about the pathetic things he would do for a simple roll of weed.

"And I don't give a shit" she said close to his face before getting back to the others and grabbing a drink to sit on the opposite side of the boat, away from him.

"Well that's a start for the morning" Pope spoke with a smile making JJ roll his eyes at him. And Pope was right, because they didn't know what was coming for them both. Him, Kiara and John B had been tired of hearing the two lovebirds bickering eachother all the time, everyday, month after month, so they decided to do something about it. The three knew they 'secretly' loved one another, it was more than obvious by the way they acted. Expecially JJ. John B knew him enough to know he doesn't behave himself like this with every girl, he knew him enough to know that he felt something for her but was scared of actually feeling it. Because he always made sure that every girl knew about his existence and how he could drive them crazy with just one night. There was only one reason for him to be treating their friend like that.
