DISAPPEAR - Jason Todd (Titans)

-Chapter 18-

The date went really well but I couldn't stop thinking about the girl Jason was going out with.

I come home from the date and see Jason, this girl, Gar and Rachel sitting at a table talking "Oh good you're here, we were forced to listen to this story" Rachel says giving me a hug.

"How was your date?" "It was great, he gave me roses" "Oh shame, he should have asked if you liked roses" "Well sunflowers are a weird flower to give to someone and it's the thought that counts."

"Hi I'm Ashley" this girl stands up and comes up to me "Uh hi?" I say really confused "I'm Ashley, Jason's girlfriend, it's so nice to meet you" "Oh hi Ashley." "She's a nurse and a veterinarian who helps kids in third world countries" Jason brags.

"I need to tell you something really important Gar" I say "Oh yeah it's about that really important thing" he gets up quickly and comes into my room with Rachel and I. "This is the girl he went on a date with?" I ask "a psycho, perfect for Jason" Rachel says "Jason hates those types of girls."

"I like Harry but not as much as Jason, I just want to get over Jason but I can't but he's got a new girlfriend"

"I guarantee if you tell him you want to get back together he will break up with her" Rachel says "Even Rachel wants you two to get back together."

All night I couldn't stop thinking about Jason, early in the morning I give up and go to his room.

I open his door slightly and sneak in I get into bed with him and wrap my arms around him "Kennedy?" He mumbles "Yeah it's me" he moves over a bit

"What's wrong?" "I miss you" "I do too and I'm not going anywhere" "I don't like Harry and I don't like you with Ashley. I made a mistake I want to get back together" Jason holds me tight and kisses my forehead.

"I missed you, love. I was never dating Ashley, I just had her to try to make you jealous." "I miss you so much"

I eventually fall asleep in Jason's arms.
