"Let's go?" He smiled. He was staring at me as if I was a beautiful painting.

Might suggest museum dates. I beamed by the idea.

"San tayo?" He asked.

His eyes were focused on the road while I'm telling him directions. 

The ambience of the sea breeze hugged me.  It was relaxing, I think I deserve this break time. The past few weeks were stressing as hell. 

I lay the blue picnic cloth on the sand and Sean sat beside me. 

We continued sharing glances until we laughed because of the silence between us. Same scenario when we first met. 

"You could've told me that we're having a late night beach date. Magdadala sana ako ng pagkain," he uttered.

Pinakita ko kaagad sa kaniya ang saktong laki na bag. It was full of food and other stuff I prepared.  

"I wanted to surprise you," and with the simple words I said, his dimples appeared. 

Why is he handsome and cute at the same time?

"Stop staring at me. Naiilang ako," he shyly said. 

"Ikaw nga panay titig sa 'kin, 'di naman ako nagreklamo," I laughed. 

We both stared blankly at the beautiful waves. 

"Do you like the portrait I gave you?" 

I nodded. "Sobra!" 

"I'm glad that you like it. I really want to give you a portrait and I drew that for weeks." 

I bit my lip stopping myself to smile. He really puts effort in everything he does. Hindi halata sa kaniya kasi he's too shy to admit recognition. 

"Pinaframe ko na nga! I'll send you a picture of my desk with that portrait," I enthusiastically said. 

"Wait, anong oras na ba?" I immediately checked my wrist watch. 

"Ten minutes before twelve 'o clock," he responded. 

"Chika muna tayo," I suggested. He immediately agreed. Kung hihintayin pa namin mag-12, it'll probably take an hour, joke. Since we only have ten minutes until midnight, we decided to tell each other anything.

We both faced each other while sitting in an indian seat position. 

"Tomorrow is my birthday."

I acted surprise. That was the main reason why I want to meet him today. Kanina kasi sa GenBio class, parehas kami ng schedule ni Leo. Yun din yung time na binigay niya ang drawing ni Sean. I grabbed the opportunity to ask him about Sean's birthday.
